My experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional. Throughout my interactions with the firm, I believed that certain staff members, including Ms. Shapiro and Morgan, were acting in the capacity of attorneys. It was not until I escalated my concerns to the firm's owner that I understood who was actually licensed to practice law. I also found it unacceptable that one of the firm's partners repeatedly refused to speak with me directly and instead insisted that all communication occur by email. Only after I informed the firm that I had contacted the State Bar of Arizona regarding my concerns was I told that I could schedule an appointment through the office staff. I reported my concerns to the State Bar of Arizona. As I understand it, the matter resulted in the firm being instructed that staff should receive annual training regarding their roles and that employees should clearly identify their titles in communications so clients understand whether they are communicating with an attorney or non-attorney staff member. That, in my view, speaks for itself. My concerns extended beyond communication. I felt my questions were ignored, I received inconsistent information, I was lied too, and I was left with the impression that transparency and common decency were not priorities. I expected honesty, professionalism, and clear communication. Instead, I experienced confusion, frustration, and unnecessary stress. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this law firm. In fact they should be ashamed of themselves for their unethical conduct. read more

I've even been given info from the towing company that "backed in parking" is not in their contract, yet my car was towed for backed in parking... Unprofessional employees and owner. If you owe the HOA $360 they send you to this law firm. They dont tell you what the $1800 in lawyer fees added to the initial (rather small) balance are. I read other reviews and figured it out. Fees went up every time they responded to a email. Im expecting my fees to go up tomarrow when they see my bad reviews. I was told there is a request to lower the fees, it took 7 months to get a answer if they could be dropped or lowered. answer was NO but I did get 7 more months in fees. what a nice system. They only respond via email and step around directly answering ANY question. They really give you that warm fuzzy feeling that they would not help if you were drowning but would grab your wallet after you drown. All the good reviews are HOA Karens excited they learned new ways to fine the home owners and pocket the $. Its literally only good reviews the the people that make money being members of the HOA. Quite possibly one of the rudest receptionists on earth. She will leave people sitting up front for 10 minutes while lawyer after lawyer walks by & refuses to acknowledge you. When she finally shows up & helps you, she is irritated & acts like she couldn't be bothered. I would NEVER use this law firm just from the receptionist. Luckily they work with the other rip off companies, HOAs, or I believe they would be out of business. Mulcahy offers homeowners associations, via their board members great legal advice based on judgements and legislative directives. Board members are temporary and turn over on a regular basis, therefore it is very important to protect an HOA from lawsuits to have consistent and accurate legal opinions. I just read some of the other opinions expressed on this page and it is obvious that some people have very little understanding of the legal guidelines affecting HOA's.
