Asked again what kind of contract or form do I need to put this on so I am protected with my property rights. He said he could draw something up but it would be costly $2500. He asked if I would want the form emailed to me. I would. The form I got was not what I expected. I thought it would have a form number on it and be some kind of contract form I should use instead of the real estate contract. The form I was sent was to hire Bert with a retainer of $3500.
