While the tacos were good, they're not something I would crave. To be fair to Miggy's, I'm not a huge fan of Tex Mex. I'm a recent transplant to TX and just don't get Tex Mex. I lived in Southern California & Arizona for a long time and prefer CA/AZ style tacos (corn tortillas, no cheese & full salsa bar) over Tex Mex tacos. Culinaria puts on some pretty stellar events that help raise funds for some great causes. This particular event highlights some great local food trucks that many San Antonians are fond of. Keep in mind you do have to pay for your food at the food trucks. But with the amount of free alcohol your drinking for ten bucks it's totally fine in my books to pay for my food! This year featured Lick, Duk Truck, Sirwacha, and many many more. It was pretty awesome how they even had Church's Chicken for those who aren't so adventurous. A particular hit amongst the kids from what I saw. Which leads me to my next fave thing about this event- it's kid and family friendly! As the adults are getting their wine-on, the kiddos are able to get their face painted, enjoy some photo booths, munch on popcorn and cotton candy, and even enjoy some carnival style games. Throw in some live music and you're set for the night. It's different every year with what exactly is featured at the event, but nonetheless you can expect a great time with everyone!

Next time more stations, and spacing it out for a better flow and they'll nail that 5-Star rating.
