Delicious smash burger, which is honestly a massive compliment from me because I'm not a smash burger person. Fresh toppings. Well-designed flavor combos. The location is a bit sketchy and the tables in the food court are not maintained well by the mall staff, which is definitely not fair to the tenants paying to be in that space who are bringing in customers... because I honestly wouldn't go back to that mall except for more burgers. We first had Vicious Eats when they had their food truck at a favorite brewery. They've since moved into Wonderland of the Americas mall. Their burgers are awesome! Perfectly seasoned & cooked. If I could give this no stars I would. I went because a friend recommended them but I will NEVER be going back. The food was cold and flavorless and the customer service was absolutely atrocious. They were rude and inattentive. They put lettuce on my burger after I SPECIFICALLY told them I had a SEVERE allergy. Then when I asked politely if I could have it remade they simply told me to remove it. I ordered another burger and found 3 HAIRS!!! I will absolutely not be recommending this to anyone.
