The machines were mostly clean and working. There were varying sizes and the typical price was $3 or $3.50. Drying was 7 minutes per quarter. I really appreciated not having to put a set amount to get it going. It allowed me to not be anxious about my dryer ending before I could check to see if the close were dry wish overall made doing laundry more enjoyable. We tried two other laundromats before finding this one and this one was by far the nicest. There were tables with chairs, benches, a couch, folding tables, carts, vending machines, TVs, and coin machines. It was mostly quiet and peaceful on a Wednesday afternoon and the rest of the patrons seemed respectful and pleasant. I would come here again if in the area.

Three of the ginormous ones, several more a little smaller. Then many regular sized front loading and top loading machines. One problem starts here with the washing machines. The very large ones don't spin well enough. If the attendant is not there to push the machine along a little at the end, you have a very damp finished load -- that requires a fortune to dry. The large dryers were also problematic, finicky. On the top, the one next in from the left does not heat up properly. The controls for multiple machines created problems for all somewhere during their attempts to use them. The other larger dryers on the other side were much easier to use, had no issues that I could see. Laundromat has a bathroom, vending machine, a dispenser for laundry supplies, as well as a small play area for children. There are several tables to fold laundry, chairs and rolling carts with the rack to hang things from. These are all clean and in good shape. The washers/ dryers use a card system. You purchase a plastic card at a vending machine by the desk, then you load it up either with cash or from a credit card. System seems to work satisfactorily. Laundromat opens at 7:00 AM weekdays. That looks to also be the best time to get the large machines. Staff assistance is only available until 11:00 AM.

They shrunk the heavy wool sweater and offered to try to stretch it back to the right size. No luck there. The cashmere seems to have been put in with a darker piece that transferred a darker color onto my sweater. That sweater was expensive and I am very disgusted that the company ruined it. I will not be taking anything to this company to be cleaned again.
