Ambiance: High ceilings, chic exposed concrete look, neutral drapes, expert staging, and ritzy feel. You instantly feel transported to SoHo (maybe Rick Owens concrete minimalism space). Locally I can only compare it to the stark elegance of RH (Restoration Hardware). It's really a marriage of a boutique and gallery. There is a lounge area with couches and chairs for you to unwind while making purchasing decisions. The fitting room has a huge stunning mirror to evaluate your fit. It's simply gorgeous. Merchandise: As you enter the boutique you'll find men's merchandise to your left and women's merchandise to your right. Women's sizes go up to L. Some of the brands that can be found in the store are Silk laundry, Mijeong park Marle, and St Agni. The clothing is well curated with pleasant feeling fabrics - silks and soft fabrics. The owner suggested considering unisex look and checking out the men's collection. You can certainly find a dress for your night out in Cedar Fairmount. Clothing is around $100-200 at least based on the tags I've looked at. There are a few jewelry pieces and accessories in store. Home decor is on the shelf in the center of the store and few items are strategically placed around the store. You'll find ceramics, the thinned glass, vases, candles, and more. Most articles are worthy of display in your home. Art coffee books are also scattered around the space like Auguste Rodin's art. Most artifacts have little stories about their exclusivity and European origin. You'll find plenty of distinct pieces to spoil yourself or other people in your life. They are pricey but every object seems well curated, high quality, and hard to find elsewhere in the wild. Service: The owner is very friendly and introduces you to the space. Beverages are offered to customers. The guests look like they're from the pages of Vogue. I definitely should have dressed up to shop here. Neighborhood: The neighborhood where the boutique is located is known for its dining and new-ish wine shop. All are within walking distance in the same commercial district. I loved the lavish feel of this boutique. I love well executed interior design, which is clearly seen here. Personally, I wear plus size so no clothing was for me. It appears to be a clean shopping centre, from the outside. APPLE STORE: At this mall, I only went to the Apple store so I haven't been to the inside of this shopping centre. I visited Apple to inquire about upgrading my iPhone 11 to a newer phone. My iPhone 11 was given to me for free by a friend but the screen had dropped many times that there were now black spots on it. The male employee who assisted me was friendly; however, he wasn't as proactive in helping me. I had to ask him a lot of questions. He also didn't know some things which is fine because he asked a manager. Also, Apple, at that time, had very few deals on trading in old phones to get a new phone, so I left. Granted, my iPhone 11, had a badly cracked front screen (LOL). I then went to a local Verizon store where I was able to surprisingly get the brand new iPhone (the iPhone 16) at $830 off just for trading in my old phone. So, if you are looking for a new iPhone, Verizon is currently accepting any old phone, at any condition, as a trade-in offer. So, you'll get the new cell phone paid off in 2 years - Verizon will take money off your bill every month until the phone is paid off. I still got to keep my regular monthly bill and infact, my new plan is now cheaper with a new phone because I did not add the Verizon insurance because I eventually added AppleCare+ to my phone incase of any accidental damage or theft/loss. I also have an extra $5 or $10 off my Verizon bill for already having auto-pay. It's upscale, stylish, and totally curated for people who love the finer things -- or at least love to browse them. The vibe is sophisticated. Think luxury boutiques, designer brands, and trendy spots mixed in with some cozy, high-end local shops. It's not your average mall. Inside you can find a few restaurants, cafes, bookstore, lots of nail/spa places, and a few boutiques. There's really not a lot of stores inside. Dining-wise, Eton definitely delivers. Whether you're grabbing a coffee from Starbucks, indulging in Pacific East Sushi, the food options are really good. My favorite is Agave & Rye that has really good margs and very eclectic interior. Trader Joe's is also nearby if you feel like shopping. Parking can be a little tricky during peak times even despite there being a lot of open parking. There's also valet available. There is some active construction going on in the parking lots, so watch the signs for valet. This shopping center is part of DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) meaning that you can browse and shop with a cocktail in hand. There's only a handful of participating DORA restaurants, so research before you go. There is an ATM in the lobby at one of the entrances. There are multiple entrances into this shopping center. Remember where you parked! Downsides? Prices match the vibe, don't expect many bargains. But if you're into curated shops and a dash of luxury, visit this location.
