I visited this shopping centre on a Saturday afternoon after attending a Cleveland Clinic sponsored health event in the area in mid-October 2024. It appears to be a clean shopping centre, from the outside. APPLE STORE: At this mall, I only went to the Apple store so I haven't been to the inside of this shopping centre. I visited Apple to inquire about upgrading my iPhone 11 to a newer phone. My iPhone 11 was given to me for free by a friend but the screen had dropped many times that there were now black spots on it. The male employee who assisted me was friendly; however, he wasn't as proactive in helping me. I had to ask him a lot of questions. He also didn't know some things which is fine because he asked a manager. Also, Apple, at that time, had very few deals on trading in old phones to get a new phone, so I left. Granted, my iPhone 11, had a badly cracked front screen (LOL). I then went to a local Verizon store where I was able to surprisingly get the brand new iPhone (the iPhone 16) at $830 off just for trading in my old phone. So, if you are looking for a new iPhone, Verizon is currently accepting any old phone, at any condition, as a trade-in offer. So, you'll get the new cell phone paid off in 2 years - Verizon will take money off your bill every month until the phone is paid off. I still got to keep my regular monthly bill and infact, my new plan is now cheaper with a new phone because I did not add the Verizon insurance because I eventually added AppleCare+ to my phone incase of any accidental damage or theft/loss. I also have an extra $5 or $10 off my Verizon bill for already having auto-pay. Eton Chagrin Boulevard (Woodmere) is basically the definition of a bougie shopping experience in the Cleveland area. It's upscale, stylish, and totally curated for people who love the finer things -- or at least love to browse them. The vibe is sophisticated. Think luxury boutiques, designer brands, and trendy spots mixed in with some cozy, high-end local shops. It's not your average mall. Inside you can find a few restaurants, cafes, bookstore, lots of nail/spa places, and a few boutiques. There's really not a lot of stores inside. Dining-wise, Eton definitely delivers. Whether you're grabbing a coffee from Starbucks, indulging in Pacific East Sushi, the food options are really good. My favorite is Agave & Rye that has really good margs and very eclectic interior. Trader Joe's is also nearby if you feel like shopping. Parking can be a little tricky during peak times even despite there being a lot of open parking. There's also valet available. There is some active construction going on in the parking lots, so watch the signs for valet. This shopping center is part of DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) meaning that you can browse and shop with a cocktail in hand. There's only a handful of participating DORA restaurants, so research before you go. There is an ATM in the lobby at one of the entrances. There are multiple entrances into this shopping center. Remember where you parked! Downsides? Prices match the vibe, don't expect many bargains. But if you're into curated shops and a dash of luxury, visit this location. read more

Lovely place. I had a good time. I passed Eton when I got a little sidetracked in the evening and planned to return the next day to explore. I started shopping at Brooks Brothers but came up empty. Anthropologie was where I found a fantastic top on sale. Stopped in at Barnes and Noble and scored with the Coldplay Kaleidoscope EP I've always wanted. I tried to visit Lucky Brand but wasn't lucky because they were closed. Actually I take that back. I was lucky because I was walking when a text distracted me. (Not how I usually operate, but it is what it is.) I almost fell down a set of stairs (but caught myself as my foot was over empty space). I know that would've hurt or broken something important and would only have myself to blame. Thank you God. How did I miss Free People? I guess I have to go back. read more

What a hidden gem this is. LOTS of national stores on the outside, but, found some lovely and unique boutiques inside their atrium. This place has a DORA, which allows you to purchase a cocktail and walk around the space with it and enjoy their indoor and outdoor seating. We didn't want to sit for an hour waiting to be called at OPH. Stopped in the vacant space next to the B Spot and were greeted by a artist/teacher who said that she was a temporary tenant until the space was rented out. She showed us some of her art pieces around the room. I'm no gallery art snob, so I politely smiled as I wandered about. I wondered who these indoor stores really catered to because it was the weekend and there were several locked doors and vacant storefronts in this part of the mall. A definite meh. read more

A great place to do some shopping! We love Trader Joe's! My favorite stores are Tiffany & Co, free people and Anthropologie. Apple is always crazy busy but that's to be expected. It's a nice plaza and well kept. Usually pretty busy here but it's a great place to grab a Starbucks and do some shopping especially on a warm day! read more

Before Chagrin Blvd became a hotspot for commercial development, all that stood on what is currently Eton was a Big Boy restaurant and a dilapidated bowling alley... that was 25 years ago! Fast forward to 2018, and that same strip if land along Chagrin has become a prime area for commercial development that continues to expand. Here is how I utilize Eton mall for my toddler's entertainment: 1. When weather is bad, bring a toddler-size stroller for her to walk around in the mall 2. In the summer they have band playing outdoors. It's good to expose them to music early on to learn how different melodies and instruments work together. 3. In Barnes and nobles, the train set goes up and down the "slide" as my tot calls it. Teaches motion, force and gravity. 4. When family get hungry, go get a burger. When it comes to Eton, I'm not a huge fan. The majority of the shops close super early and there is never any parking. I come here a lot for a painting class. I used to do my shopping at the spice shop, but they close so early, by the time I get out of work. They're already closed. I shop at TJ. However, the restaurant selection is bland and boring, the clothing shops are boring and everything inside of the mall is silly. There's a luggage store, a formal store, a few jewelry stores that are WAY over priced. No real good place to grab a snack and just sit and relax. Like, I said. Not a huge fan. Yes, it's always clean. Which is a plus and the bathrooms are always stocked. But, when I go to a "mall" variety is best. Eton doesn't have a lot of variety. read more

***This small and upscale shopping mall looks nice, but there is not much to it; the shops here are mostly upscale and niche; the most interesting thing about this mall (to this out-of-towner) was that it housed one of Michael Symon's B Spot (burger) locations*** This shopping mall has its own free parking lot; the parking lot is not that big though and it can be difficult finding an open spot. read more

Let me say this before saying anything else: places like this should be built in downtown Cleveland--not in the suburbs. If the stores that comprise Legacy Village, Crocker Park, and Eton were in downtown Cleveland, the city would be hustling and bustling like it did during the mid-1900's when people thought that going to downtown Cleveland was a big treat and not a scary thing or something to loathe (which is how many people in the greater Cleveland area think). The fact that places like this are built in the far suburbs to cater to suburbanites who are either afraid to go downtown or too lazy to go downtown is quite sad and provides ample evidence to any urban planner looking at the dangers of urban spawl. As a result, I always feel like a whore when I put money in the pockets of these places since I feel like I'm exacerbating the problems that plague Cleveland at the present time. With that said, Eton does have some great stores. Anthropologie is an excellent store--my wife absolutely loves the place, and I enjoy looking at the way in which they decorate the store. To the best of my knowledge, it's the only one in the Cleveland area. There are signs around Crocker Park that indicate that an Anthropologie is coming; however, they have been there for awhile, and I believe that we'll see Guns and Roses' long-delayed Chinese Democracy album before one of these stores opens up out there. There are other Barnes and Nobles in the Cleveland area, but this one is nicer than the Richmond one. Trader Joe's is another great store; if you play your cards right, you can get some items at prices much cheaper than your normal grocery store (such as OJ and pita bread). These three stores alone make Eton worth the drive. Eton also has several different restaurants that are on our list of future date night spots, such as Paladar. I have heard good things about the other restaurants that are there, but I've never eaten at any of them. This is small, but one nice thing about this place is that the parking is extremely convenient. The vast majority of Legacy Village's parking is far away from most of the shops and Crocker Park requires you to park in parking garages that are mostly full unless you get there at 9:45 AM or 10:50PM. Eton's parking is right up next to all of the stores, making it easy to run back to the car and drop off purchases in the midst of a multi-store shopping trip. All in all, Eton is a nice place to go, but it would be even nicer if it were in downtown Cleveland. read more

Hello Boutique Life is right...Eton Chagrin is a high end fashion trend mall. It has plenty of stores to choose from some of my favorites, Audrey's Sweet Threads, Amy's Shoes, Bonnie's Goubaud, Free People and Joss. The best part about all of the stores is there is such a variety to choose from. Some great dining places to eat are Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine bar, Bravo, and Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum bar. If your looking for something sweet, Vegan Sweet Tooth is delicious! Everytime I go I see people relaxing reading their books, or playing board games with their friends. It just provides a very elegent home like feeling. read more

One of my favorite places to visit when I want a great meal or to do some unique shopping. Eaton has an outstanding array of shops- Barnes and Noble, Eileen Fisher, Anthropologie, just to name a few. Everyone here is pretty high end, so be prepared to spend some money. We are regulars at B spot and also Mitchell's and think their food is so good. The whole atmosphere here is simply calming and great. You can walk around, browse, and then decide where you want to eat or what you want to purchase. It's really quite nice and I find myself wanting to go more each time I visit. read more

Eton is an A-ok place to hang-out with B-spot burgers, Barnes & Noble, Pacific East sushi and a few chain-type restaurants. The downsides: it is not easy to park here and roads that lead to it are among the most congested in Cuyahoga county. Planning to visit on a saturday? Forget about it, sometimes it might be worth the "day trip" all the way to Crocker Park. Eton has a lot of options when it comes to good quality, upscale shopping and restaurant. Some of my favorites include Pacific East, B Spot, Paladar, and Taza for food, and Free People and Sur La Table for shopping. I like that they also have a Barnes and Noble, which feels like one of the last bookstores in the area! It is also home to the only Trader Joe's on the East Side. And ever since the Apple Store moved here from Legacy Village, Eton has become even more of a bustling shopping area. The major flaw in Eton is that the layout is a bit haphazard. Since most of the restaurants and shops were added over the years through remodels, there are big-box chain stores on the outside, with no doors to the inner mall, and small boutiques on the inside the mall, which aren't visible from the outside. Because of this, the inside of the mall is always very empty, which feels like a waste because the outside is always very popular! Also, it becomes difficult to find parking here if you come during lunch or dinner time, so come a bit early because you will find yourself circling the lot for a while! read more

Love the design of this mall, very upscale and village like. Especially nice in the summer time, with lush plantings, and beautiful garden art sculptures. Eton is both a small indoor mall, and outside shopping center. The outside center is always busy and bustling, but the inside mall is always dead, with vacancies. Parking is not adequate, sometimes it can take over twenty minutes just find an empty parking space. With that said, Eton has many stores that I like including Trader Joe's, Barnes & Noble, Su La Table, and Apple. There is also a fine selection of restaurants including Pacific East, Fleming's Steakhouse, & B-Spot. I really take for granted having Eton Collection in my neighborhood and the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it's like Target ... I go in for one thing and $100 later I walk out with a whole slew of stuff (and, I'm speaking specifically about Trader Joe's). Also, getting there would be much easier if you weren't forced through that mess of an intersection right off I-271. And, the only reason I don't avoid that intersection is because I have a difficult time resisting the urge to stop into TJ Maxx to see what their latest bargains are! But, back to Eton Collection. Trader Joe's is a great place for those "I'm having people over and don't want to fuss over appetizers, etc." situations, not to mention stocking up on their frozen food, Two Buck Chuck wine (although, it's really not $2 - I think it's closer to $3.50) and fragrant flowers (although, if you want a true deal, can't pass up Costco's everyday deal of 2-dozen roses for $14.99!). Also at Eton is Sur La Table, Anthropologie for unique clothing, home furnishings and gifts, Barnes & Noble and great eateries like Bravo, Fleming's, Paladar, Taza and can't leave out Cold Stone Creamery (I LOVE ICE CREAM!). For tasty Cuban flavors, try Paladar and don't pass up their guacamole or any of their rum drinks. Taza is essentially Aladdin's Eatery (and, owned by those who run Aladdin's), but a more upscale version. Same great food, though. For those familiar with Cameron Mitchell restaurants in Columbus, they've opened a Mitchell's Fish Market at Eton. I've never had a bad meal at Mitchell's. Parking is rarely an issue at Eton, although once the weather gets nice I find myself parking further away from store entrances, but it just gives me more time to walk around and people watch! read more

I like it there. It is like a mini Crocker Park with its huge floral displays and giant size chess board. The stores here are unique speciality places and the shopping centre is anchored down by some great restaurants. I highly recommend checking this place out whether it is to browse one of the last remaining giant booksellers in the area or to grocery shop or go out to eat. Eton Collection is the place you want to take your out of town guests to show them a good time. There is a little shopping for everyone (Anthropologie, Sur La Table, Smith & Hawken, Trader Joe's), great dining options (Mitchell's) and beautiful landscaping in the summer. Eton is a great shopping option on the East Side...recently becoming even greater. With the relocation of the Apple store, the introduction of Tiffany slated to arrive some time this summer, and the existing presence of TJ's and multiple above average dining options, my only concern is the effect on the already ridiculous traffic load. read more

When I go shopping, I like to browse a wide variety of unique shops. This place is designed to be upscale, and attracts a lot of what I call Type A, aggressive shoppers. Not exactly me. Parking is a challenge, regardless of the time of year. It impresses me as a place you shop to impress your friends by showing them the names of the stores you bought things from. Eton is a wonderful shopping and gathering destination! From Bravo Cucina Italiana to Kilgore Trout, it truly is a diverse "collection" of restaurants, boutiques, and atrium shops. Stop by Barnes & Noble and find some great reading material or meet a friend for coffee in their cafe! The restaurants run the gamut from fine dining at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar to soups and salads at The Stone Oven Bakery and Cafe. There is even a Trader Joe's grocery store there! The shopping center itself is stunning, especially in the summer. The landscaping is lush and colorful, with exotic flowers that are even labeled for your own knowledge! The winter time offers an escape from the cold with the indoor atrium shops, in a traditional "mini-mall" setting. The parking lot is very large and easy to navigate through, but valet parking is available at some of the restaurants for your convenience. I always feel safe when I am at Eton, and the Woodmere Police Department is always patrolling the shopping center. It always feels like I am on vacation when I visit Eton! Nothing negative to speak of, except that there used to be a golf cart shuttle to your car, but they have since done away with that service. read more

I thought Eton Collection was OK, it does have a Trader Joe's and a Barnes and Noble, but overall nothing that you can't find somewhere else nearby (like the Beachwood Mall/Legacy Village). This is just more of the same, expensive clothes & salons geared toward the middle aged set. read more

Eton is a very nice, upscale lifestyle center. It is nowhere near as big as Legacy Village, but it's just as nice. There are a great variety of shops and restaurants, including Barnes and Noble, Trader Joe's, Sharper Image, Bravo, Fleming's, and more. It is small and there are two sections. the indoor mall, which is small, and the larger stores and restaurants with outdoor entrances. The mall is fine, but I hate the parking lot with a passion. It's why I don't go there unless I absolutely need something. Parking should be so simple with the basic isle structure; however, they managed to make the lanes a little too narrow for most of their customers and they made the out-flow of traffic such that it blocks everything. Parking over here is beyond obnoxious and I think I've been nearly hit on 2 or 3 of the past 4 times I've come over here. Eton is pretty much the best place to hang out in the summer, other than Legacy Village. Eton (which may or may not be called Eton: Chagrin Boulevard now) has the right mix of stores and restaurants. It's a good spot for dates, and the "interior shops" are pretty eclectic. My favorite store is probably Audrey's Sweet Threads, for the adorable dresses for every occasion. read more

Paladar was an excellent place for a family meal. I went there for my birthday and was able to make reservation online, was seated quickly, and served in a timely fashion. Recommendations are for the shrimp tacos, special or normal mojitos, and the GUACAMOLE!!!!! Prices weren't cheap but not overly priced either for the quality of food. Apparently they are allowed to serve to underage children if the parents ok it....strange rule so 8 yr olds were drinking! Other than that ambiance was nice and service still great. place is a joke of a shopping plaza. lulu closes at 8, brooks closes at 7 north face and apple 9 and orvise 6....what kind of an idiot mall manager would have inconsistent business closing next to each shop? so if you want to hit every store the times to shop at this place is 10-6. read more
