Drive your car in the river before coming here!…read more If i could give a negative star I would. I had come in with a concern about muffler noises. Upon inspection I was told that it would be a $4500+ repair to either replace $600 in parts and install them, or $2000+ at another Monroe in Cranberry to "try" to weld a patch. I got my brake pads changed and 2 new front tires, $950. Crying, I left with my broken car. I called a different shop. Well! They just fixed my car, no problem for $217! This horrible shop, Monroe can go to heck! Foot note, the people working there are wonderful. The "name" in the sign is the one that sucks here. Monroe sucks. Apparently they are known for over charging exorbitant amounts. I'm going to be reporting Monroe to the BBB, and putting up a review on any and every site I can find.

Went back because I still could hear noise in the front-end left my car and warranty info got call stating I needed a rack end pinion which was covered under warranty and approved for payment of $2100 but I was told I also needed to replace 3 lines connected to the rack, which were not covered and would cost me $1900 out of pocket I then took my vehicle to Firestone where I was told I needed a rack end pinion, powerstering pump and struts all which were covered approx 3000 dollars, including an alignment which at Monroe I would've had to pay for.Not only did Monroe install the swaybar on wrong side they didn't diagnosed my vehicle correctly The only good thing Monroe did was install a headlight free of charge
