Installed 1/²" plywood to attach grab bars instead of 3/4 as recommended by mfr. They cut every corner possible on a $40,000 project which was to turn a utility room into a shower room for a disabled family member. Used NON slip resistant tile on the shower floor, didnt even apply primer to new drywall, created trip & fall hazards. I could go on. 3rd party inspector hired by the County revealed inadequacy of everything they did, yet, Matt Ocel belligerently refused to make a single correction. I wouldn't have him build adog house.

I was not home, I got a message that someone was outside of my home on Monday to clean my windows. I would never use this company, since they have not been able to call first to make an appointment. I am going with another company to clean my windows. When I called the other company the first thing they did was make an appointment with me. I think that is how a company should operate. He completely disappeared after that, I called and emailed him to please ask him when I could expect the estimate and the work to be completed. There were no answers. Then I emailed asking for at least the courtesy to let me know what happened that he went completely silent on the job and not even answering any more, no answer. I did contact Andersen corp. to let them know since they have them listed as a service rep. We had a mess to clean up from storm damage! Our MIL's tree had 2 large limbs snap off during a…read morebad storm. 1 went West into the neighbor's yard and smashed a section of fence. The other went North breaking another neighbor's fence, clipping their garage and smashing a section of rain gutter. Both limbs were 12 " in diameter from the break and 40-50 ft long. Arbor Barber had been on our block previously doing some work for a neighbor and they did a great job. I gave them a call and Tim, the head guy, was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the job and give us a bid. We were so happy to learn he could get it done the next day. The team arrived the next morning and knocked out the project before Noon. They had to remove the debris by hand as we didn't have any easy access for equipment. They were so respectful and tidy. The neighbor's yards looked as good as new, minus the damage to the fences. We highly Arbor Barber!

I called him at 6:40 am and not only did he answer his phone, said he would be out as soon as he could. Fast forward to 8:30am. He is here, trims up the mess and gets it off my neighbors tree. At 9:40 am his clean up crew arrives and does such a good job, I can hardly tell what a mess was there just a few hours before. Fastest service ever, great work, amazing clean up and for less than half of what I thought it would cost. He also quoted me a very reasonable fee to remove the tree in case it does not survive the damage. We hired him to trim our 2 trees in the front yard last year, and were very impressed. Today really blew me away. For those of you who had tree damage, or just need tree work done, I highly recommend this company.
