Would give them zero stars if I could. Don't give many reviews but they are by far in the wrong business. Never call you back even if it's a customer service issue. They don't have the resources and people to do the job and do the job correctly and in a timely manner. Took them over 2 months to get Scheduled for a closing. Had to call over 3 times in that time frame to get scheduled. They didn't show up and time and system ended up breaking due to cold weather. They told me they would fix the problem in the spring and when I called them in the spring they said I have to get it fixed and call a licensed plumber. How can you say you will fix it due to your incompetence to take care of the schedule in a timely manner. Plus how can you do irrigation and not have a licensed plumber on staff? Such a horrible landscaping company and only reason they are in business because they offer cheap service to new home builders. read more

Design was fabulous and the designer was great to work with (she is not with them anymore). However right from the beginning we had settling issues. They offered a 3 year warranty and did come to service it, though in every case it took at least 3 attempts to get a call back. After the warranty expired we started paying for repair work even though the issue dated back to day one. Ok, we could accept this provided they were at least marginally responsive. This year it took 5 attempts to get in touch with them only to be told they were too busy to help us. When you spend over 20 grand with someone you expect them to stand behind their work. My advice to you is if you have these guys put in your patio, you'd better learn how to do your own repairs. read more

Its a bike of a ways out (Northfield) but Google Maps got me there. I was promptly greeted and Martin was waiting for me. They loaded him up in my trailer and off I went. There videos were very helpful in ensuring that Martin got a good start.
