I appreciate the time Dr. Patel took to help me understand my care and the next steps with a radiology order I was given. My husband is also a patient and he agrees that this clinic is very good and cares about patient health outcomes.

Not sure if the doctor had some issues with a patient and ran over or if admin just can't book properly but it's a little ridiculous. Consider the patient checks themselves in and can even process their own payment, I don't really understand how complicated the remaining admin work has to be... however, they're unable to give updates or estimates so you can end up waiting up to an hour or so past your actual appointment time. Like I've renewed my Drivers License in a short turn around time. It could be that earlier appointment had arrived late as I did see admin staff letting patients check in well past their actual appointment time. Again, that's something the office staff should be able to monitor a bit more responsively. I might would recommend arriving about 30 minutes late if you don't want to wait around cuz they'll let you in anyway and then you won't have to wait. Also, don't any of your paperwork online or on your phone. The receptionist doesn't check their systems so you'll apparently just sit around until you finally get up to ask if the doctor is ever going to call you back. Redeeming quality of the shop being one staff member, I think Tiffany was her name. She caught me in the lobby thinking I was on the way out... when I told her I hadn't been back yet, she promptly fixed that issue. I was with a doctor within ten minutes from that.

She takes her time to explain everything in detail. Her bed side manners are the best I've ever seen by a doctor. Her staff is also extremely courteous. I waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby before they put me in a room. It's been so long since I've been at a doctors office that's promptly with your scheduled appointment time. They do everything in office there from office visits, taking blood, to X-rays, ultrasounds, they also have a physical therapy room that I've never tried but looks good. Dr Ubaldo and his PA's are very smart and his front desk is so good about getting referrals done within 24-48 hours. 5 stars. I love them.
