He truly made her feel like a princess on her day. Sam arrived on time and helped decorate the limousine before the guests arrived and took us to a beautiful spot to take pictures before driving us to the restaurant. I do have to say that in the beginning, the limousine was extremely hot and caused a few people to sweat. We told Sam about it and he immediately tried to fix it . It took a while for it to start working, though it didn't reach our expectations. Other than that we had the best time and the experience as a whole gave my daughter a new core memory. I contacted Toronto LX Limo to enquire about booking transportation for a wedding. I had previously…read morechecked out their website, and had an idea of what it would cost so I contacted them to request a final quote. I needed to book a 10 passenger van, for 3 hours. Based on their website, this should have cost around $300 (plus tax & tip). When I was contacted by the company, they quoted me $845!! This was based on a higher hourly rate than was listed on their website. When I asked why, their answer was that they had quoted me the hourly rate for the weekend I requested. Their website does not indicate that the rates may fluctuate based on the booking weekend. Next they told me that the minimum booking period was 6 hours, when their website clearly states the minimum booking period for that vehicle is 2 hours. When I asked why, I was told that it's a prom Saturday. Again, their website does not state that the minimum booking period might be subject to change based on your dates. So, basically I was told that the rates listed on their website are in no way accurate, and they can charge you whatever they feel like that day, and the minimum booking periods listed are in no way accurate, and they can set whatever minimum period they feel like. I found their customer service to be especially terrible, and have zero confidence that they would be a trustworthy or reliable company based on this experience. BEWARE!

They were friendly during the booking processes and promised me a full refund if I was not satisfied. This was one reason we selected them as we were impressed with their confidence in their level of service. The limo windshield was cracked all across from end to end in multiple places and all the windows were dirty. When I asked about the windshield I was told by the driver that this was the only limo available (I was later told by management on the way to pick us up a stone hit the windshield, so which is it?). The AC was also not working properly and although we asked multiple times for it to be adjusted it was not so we were left sweltering in the heat for hours. Lastly the driver would often leave and be unreachable by phone while we waited for him. All in all it was one of the worst experiences I've had with a transport service. To add insult to injury, when I complained it took multiple calls/emails just to get a response (that is if they even respond at all!). Overall I was very disappointed in not only the service on that day but also their customer service, particularly after they promised a full refund initially. Be forewarned, you likely won't get what you paid for!
