    My rude driver

    James never showed. I waited over forty min and have a broken leg so couldn't walk. He wouldn't cancel cause he would be charged and I couldn't cancel cause they were charging me more for the fee than what the ride cost. He drove by my location and never turned in. Uber has gone downhill. U can't even make a complaint about the drivers anymore. U get the runaround worst app ever

    This is the second time they have charged me more then the upfront price. Now they are claiming I requested to many refunds so I can't get a refund for this ride. I didn't ask for a refund, I requested an adjustment to the correct amount. I also don't use Uber often as I have a car and I don't drink. When they finally responded, they asked me to keep it confidential. I will not do so as this is complete nonsense. As you can see my trip was $39.88 but in the morning it was changed to $71.88 because of a surge charge that I was not informed of/or I would have taken a regular cab. The last picture shows their response to me.

    I have been using Uber for a while now and never had a problem and now I have tried to call and email them to rectify this mistake and I have not gotten any results whatsoever.

    I ordered four black bean burritos and all four burritos were made without black bean.  The burrito weighed at 390g.

It was a very dirty cab that had this grungy film on the windows. First off, the radio communication was very very loud ( well beyond what someone would need -- unless they have a disability, then I apologize -- and it was nothing just agitated yelling at one another. He got lost and my passenger had to walk up the road to the next intersection to flag him down). He never acknowledged the mistake or apologized). Another issue -- and a huge safety issue -- was that our driver (taxi #1709) did not have a working seat belt on the passaged seat behind our driver). I was not allowed to sit in the front seat where I would have been safe as it was against, "their policy" (I was rudely brushed off when asked). He replied that he would just, "drive slow" as a solution. I managed to figure out the tangle of seatbelts to squeeze myself into my fellow traveller so I could use the middle buckle (which was not suggested to me, I figured it out myself) Over all, it was a disaster!
