    My rude driver

    James never showed. I waited over forty min and have a broken leg so couldn't walk. He wouldn't cancel cause he would be charged and I couldn't cancel cause they were charging me more for the fee than what the ride cost. He drove by my location and never turned in. Uber has gone downhill. U can't even make a complaint about the drivers anymore. U get the runaround worst app ever

    I ordered four black bean burritos and all four burritos were made without black bean.  The burrito weighed at 390g.

    I am pretty frustrated with the Uber Eats app. I ordered four bean burritos from Quesada at 95 Saginaw Parkway, Cambridge. My reason, to treat some people dinner and someone had a dietary preference. To make the order easy for the restaurant we prepared each order the same, all the same toppings, all the same heat. We also chose to go to this location as we were impressed with the Carnitas Regular that weighed just under 1kg. On July 13, placed our four bean burritos and all the burritos weighed in at 390g. We knew something was wrong because the website dietary information said the burritos should weigh 582g when we enter all our toppings and sauces. In our picture on this review, you can see no black bean filling was actually in the burrito, it was prepared with mainly rice. So through the customer support on the Uber Eats App. I placed the complaint in, expecting a resolution because I do owe everyone another dinner because Quesada messed it up. Instead of being of received with a proper transparent review process and someone listening to our customer experience, I was pushed back with a generic message four times until someone said we had hit the refund policy limit. So apparently there is a refund policy limit, but when I first joined Uber Eats, I was never provided this policy- which I can understand because if people knew the rules of refund they may abuse or even make false reporting of order errors. In the end, Uber Eats did not want to arrive to a resolution on my order problems. Since joining, I have made 139.09$ in orders. From Quesada (Cambridge), I have made 60.67$in order through the app and am a regular customer at Quesada on Jamieson Parkway before I frequently ordered on Uber Eats. I am truly disappointed in the inaction Uber Eats takes for fraudulent merchants. P.S. some might ask, why you weigh your food. Someone in my office is monitoring their dietary intake and often watches their portion. To support coworkers we all try to eat the same thing because it's about inclusivity when someone decides to make healthy choices.

    This is the second time they have charged me more then the upfront price. Now they are claiming I requested to many refunds so I can't get a refund for this ride. I didn't ask for a refund, I requested an adjustment to the correct amount. I also don't use Uber often as I have a car and I don't drink. When they finally responded, they asked me to keep it confidential. I will not do so as this is complete nonsense. As you can see my trip was $39.88 but in the morning it was changed to $71.88 because of a surge charge that I was not informed of/or I would have taken a regular cab. The last picture shows their response to me.

After walking in a complete downpour to the subway which closed early at 11 PM, I found an honorable taxi driver that stopped in the driving rain who said he would take me for $80. He found the quickest route possible and I was able to get in my hotel room and DRY OFF in no time! He also was a very SAFE and cautious driver driving in bad weather conditions but leaving enough car lengths to the vehicles in front of him. Drivers give a scenic tour of Toronto in order to run up the meter, and if you get one that manages to avoid ongoing red lights - they slow down in order to get them - good for you. These cab owners rent their cabs out to others, not legal, the owner of the cab, whose name should be displayed, is supposed to be the one driving. These cabs are going 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Shocks absorbers are gone. They are the worst cab company in any country we have ever lived in. Avoid like the plague, go anywhere except to Beck.
