This urgent care is a godsend especially during the pandemic to meet such sweet people. My mum was feeling miserable after her second COVID vaccine and managed to get a UTI at the same time. She is a Swedish patient but it was late on a Saturday and no Swedish urgent care clinics were open. Aman the receptionist and Linea the nurse practitioner were both amazing! They were so warm, courteous, and professional. She felt safe going in and half wish they both worked in a clinic where she could go for normal checkups. read more

Came in because my husband had elbow pain and what looked like liquid in his elbow. Wasn't sure if it was severe or not, so we came to this urgent care. The nurse asked us why we were there and when we told her his issues, she said "well you should talk to your primary doctor. " I mean.. what's the point of urgent care if they don't want to see you and recommend you talk to your primary doctor anyways. We asked for a refund if they didn't want to take the time to see us. she walked out to the receptionist office with us... didn't say anything else, made note in their chart and gave us a refund. This happened a couple months ago now and I'm still left confused on why it was such a weird interaction. PSA: Do not get medical treatment here!!! I went to Indigo Urgent Care in Issaquah after a car accident with neck pain and blurry vision and was treated unbelievably poorly by a front desk employee ("G"). What should have been a simple check-in turned into a confrontation--she was dismissive, refused to help, and told me to go somewhere else even after I said I wasn't comfortable driving. She then stopped communicating with me entirely. When I tried to document the situation, she yelled across the lobby, threatened to call 911, and actually did--falsely claiming I was aggressive. Five police officers showed up. I was then denied care and banned from the clinic for three years. This was one of the most unprofessional, absurd experiences I've ever had at a medical facility. The only positive was another staff member, Destiny, who was kind and professional. Patients deserve compassion and care--not to be treated like this. I just left the urgent care after disappointing clerical experience. They billed me $275 ( to remove a splinter) claiming that I haven't met my deductible. After calling to verify that I have met my deductible, the front desk clerk refused to help . She said I would have to wait for a refund . She was rude and dismissive and not at all apologetic. Next time I will refuse to offer my credit card and tell them to bill me . I will also dispute the charge on my credit card when it posts to my account. I then called the central billing for Multicare and he said he could do nothing. My clinician was great (ARNP Pham) who was kind and considerate, however this will be my last visit with Multicare. I'll stick with Swedish. I'll tell you this, after disputing the charge, I will be VERY slow to pay my portion. This place is scammy....my insurance covers all expenses up to a given amount via a HRA. I'm still well under the amount in the HRA and Indigo is in-network for my plan. Indigo wanted to charge me $188 for an urgent care appointment...I asked them to double check with their back office and they also confirmed it would be $188. I normally would go to Overlake urgent care but they usually have a long wait and I noticed Indigo had open appointments same day...wasted my time going to Indigo since I was not about to pay $188. Went to Overlake and luckily no long wait. No out of pocket costs from Overlake...as expected. TLDR: Make an appointment, or be prepared to wait in line for an hour, even if website says no one in line. Don't be fooled by Indigo's online people waiting in line counter. Online, it showed 0 people waiting in line, then I get there, and told there are 4 people waiting in rooms for the doctor. The online real-time wait is a great idea, but it should include number of people waiting for the doctor so you can make an appointment instead of assuming there is no one waiting. I went in today for follow for my RSV and provider Todd was very rude to me. I'm not sure if it was because I had been a total 4 times since March for the same thing or what. In March they told it was a sinus infection and I later found from the ER that this is indeed RSV. Please aware of the the Todd and the rude Indian officer manager. MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Staff names - Walk-in Clinics Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

I went in to have my cough treated ~10 days ago, was seen by a provider who prescribed a cough meds for 10 days. I was told by the provider to call back when my prescription is about to run out for a refill. I called today and Christina at the front desk took my call. I told her that my prescription ends today and that I need a refill request to be send to my local pharmacy before my 4 pm dosage. I was told I can expect a call back in 2 hours. Four hours later, when no one call me back, I called to be told that their provider is not willing to send refills request to local pharmacy. This is because there is no note in my chart about refills, that the provider I saw 10 days ago is not working today, and that as an urgent care center, they don't do refills. And that I should just go see a PCP. This was at 4 pm. When I asked her to call the provider who saw me 10 days ago, Christina said she can only leave a message. When I asked to speak to her manager, Christina said her manager has left for the day. She told me again to get a PCP appointment, even after I told her I won't be able to get an appointment in such a short notice. Throughout the experience, I just get a sense that this person and this business just don't care about their patients. The customer service sucks and they only care to make money from visits. They should not be in healthcare with such low empathy. Avoid at all costs!! read more

I debated going to Yelp to write this review. The reason being is that it slightly is embarrassing on my end, as I mistakenly misinterpreted procedures that would determine my eligibility for a Covid-19 test. I had a death in the family yesterday, and am entering finals week while balancing full-time work and graduate school. This is why I wanted to express my frustration with this practice. As everyone knows, there is a lot of confusion in regards to the spreading of Covid-19. A family member had been diagnosed with the virus who I indirectly made contact with. That said, I thought I should get a test to play it safe. The people that were involved with my check-in were very friendly, but I was extremely off-put by the doctor that assisted me (I believe his last name started with a B, but can't recall). When he found out that my contact was indirect, he was somewhat rude, and it seemed as if he purposefully was treating me like I was trying to "work the system". Why would I be honest if I was trying to get a test unnecessarily? I am a huge advocate for the health care industry. My Dad is a doctor, as was my Uncle, and my brother is in med school. I believe in communication that is respectful, and did not receive this during my visit. Instead, I felt shamed, embarrassed and humiliated in front of the staff. It wasn't so much so that I was not eligible for the test-- I am more than fine with that. It was that he assumed the worst of intentions from me, and communicated so that everyone around him could hear. I do not appreciate this. Indigo seems to have it together. They are buttoned up and present an environment that is friendly and community-oriented. The service from this doctor should match such strivings. read more

The Urgent Care in Stadium district needs better front desk staff. The girl ignored me when I walked in, made me wait 10 mins to check in. She was looking up the woman's insurance, then told her she could pay co-pay later. Once it was my turn.. she could not look up my insurance, no I could not pay my copay later, asked me to move to help a person who walked in. Since I could not pay 250 or 50 I was told I couldn't be seen. And was told the woman in front of me was an employee so she didn't have to pay now. I'm irritated because she treated the 2 white woman different than me. She offered all the solutions and help to them but for me there was nothing to be done. I ended up leaving without being able to just check in. Healthcare shouldn't be based off skin color. I will never try to go to that racist location again. read more

There was only one medical provider at the clinic, a nurse practitioner, no doctors. If you walk in with an urgent problem they will try to fit you in between all the people who have appointments for things like flu shots. When I walked in the waiting room was empty. I was the only patient. The receptionist said I was first on the list. She definitely gave me the impression I would be seen soon. I was not. It took 3 hours and I didn't get the care I really needed. I'm going to an actual hospital with actual doctors tomorrow. read more

We were visiting here from Kansas and my husband was having problems with cellulitis on his leg. He had been treated before we travelled to Washington. He had finished his antibiotic and the cellulitis was starting to look worse. When we got to Indigo they had a doctor look at the area to see if they would be able to treat him there. The doctor said they could help and then they checked him in and started treatment. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a great experience. Was just billed for a visit from TWO years ago! I have since moved so got the bill forwarded to me. Disappointed that I am having to sort this out with their billing service when it should have been taken care of after I had been seen. I provided all my insurance info at the time of the visit so not sure why this is coming up now, sounds like it was never submitted to my insurance. I originally had a good visit so if you do stop here ensure that they submit to your insurance correctly. I don't have a copay so this would have gone to claims if I had not caught this! read more

Second bad experience at this location. First time we got a misdiagnosis. Second time I went for a covid test, but they insist on a full-on exam which they then charge you for, so while the test was covered by my insurance, I had a large copay for these additional services that were not needed and not requested and were required as a condition of getting the test. Somehow every other clinic in the state can test you without an exam but these people cannot. This information is not disclosed when you make the appointment - all it says on the appointment form is that they offer covid testing with same-day results. You'd have to go digging for it on the website to find it. And why would you search the site to find out whether they would require you to purchase care that you don't need? Bottom line - when you make the appointment, they don't tell you that you are required to purchase unneeded services in order to get the covid test. There is absolutely no medical need for an exam and medical history in order to get a sterile swab shoved up your nose. The only reason to do this is to exploit people and basically extort them during a pandemic. read more

With an inviting atmosphere, friendly attitudes, and a comforting style of care, Indigo Multicare turns what could be a frightening and stressful experience into a relatively pleasant one. I remember that Mandeep greeted me in a friendly yet efficient way, and there was reggae music playing while I waited. I saw Doctor Todd, and he told me what he believed was going on and his recommendation in a calm and reasonable manner. He was happy to answer my questions and didn't rush me out the door. We've visited here 3 times in the past few months due to child care centers requiring COVID tests for kids who have cold symptoms. Each time we had different nurses and doctors but our experience was always very good and all staff were nice and friendly. I love that you can schedule day of appointments online! So convenient & helpful! The place itself is very clean and we never had to wait long after checking in. This was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had in a medical facility. I came in to get a strep test, because I am prone to strep. Do I know there is a global pandemic where sore throat is a common symptom for the illness? Yes. Am I prone to strep? Yes. Did I get Covid tested at another facility FOR FREE and with NO WAIT? Also yes. What happened while I was waiting for my test results was absolutely unnecessary. Some girl (I think the MA who came in a took my vitals) was chatting with another person outside of the room "I bet its negative" "I bet she has covid" "she's still waiting for her covid test results, why is she even here? thats so stupid". What it took for me to not step out into that hallway and say "BITCH YOU DON'T KNOW ME". Let me tell you. I felt like shit. Absolute shit. I am sick, yes. I am coming to you to rule out all of the possibilities. I am paying GOOD MONEY to get help. Why do you even work in healthcare if you are this rude and disrespectful to people? About people? Those doors on the treatment rooms are THIN. I could hear every word. You also talked about a little girl who was covid positive. I shouldn't know that. That is sensitive HIPPA protected information and down right unprofessional. You should be ashamed of yourself for the way you talk about people. Indigo has saved my daughter at least twice. Kids seems more frequently need urgent care because of their sudden accidents. I can't wait for more than 10 minutes to get a warm reception from nurses, and the doctor will come after. I appreciate Dr. Todd W Wright very much, who was so nice to do the examinations and gave precise diagnosis, besides, he attached and explained additional instructions towards the sickness every time letting the parents get more knowledge to take good care of the kid. Indigo Urgent Care is far different than any other urgent care that I have been to, starting with their website. I was able to see if they accepted my insurance and book an appointment online. I arrived about half an hour late thanks to the Redmond Microsoft traffic, and they were not in the least bit put off by this. I filled out a registration on an iPad, and as a marketer I truly appreciated the UX of the app they use. This is the cleanest urgent care facility that I have visited, and the healthcare providers were kind, professional, and made the process very quick. I was in and out in thirty minutes. Not only did they take good care of me, but they called me a couple of times to follow up and give me advice after I suffered a burst ear drum on the plane returning to New York, where I live. Amazing visit. Was extremely anxious as I needed to go in for a COVID-19 test. Called in the evening thinking I wasn't able to be seen, and they allowed me to come in when most clinics are typically closed! Process was excellent, everyone was wearing PPE. The assistant who took my information and my vitals as well as the ARNP were very kind and very reassuring to quell my fears. They have a useful automated system wherein you can get text alerts and see your place in line via an App, and obtain other useful health information.
