I have seen a few of the providers here, and they are all very nice and attentive, and I always feel very cared for by them. My primary care doctor is here, and he is one of the best I have ever had. My reason for the low rating is the office staff. They range from sometimes pleasant to most times borderline rude. I have had paperwork misplaced several times and have come close to missing submission deadlines a couple times because paperwork was lost and had to be redone. The clinic manager is argumentative and denies issues unless you complain repeatedly. I wish my doctor was at a different office because the admin employees here basically are terrible. read more

If you want to be shown how little you and your health matter, this place is for you. I've been seeing the same doctor for over a decade (was barred from finding a new doctor due to "pain management" whatever that is... since she's literally never done/prescribed anything that could count as pain management). Dr. Grim has rolled her eyes at almost every complaint I've ever had, tells me it's in my head, and just dumps me on whatever specialist she thinks fits the bill. She lacks kindness and listening skills as she lies in the aftercare summaries and makes things up that weren't discussed or didn't happen. She does not read medical charts before prescribing medications (once prescribed me something that would've killed me with the meds I was taking at the time). She's flat out told me serious health concerns were "no big deal". Not the place for genuine care. read more

I am new to the Spokane area I called to make an appointment to see a doctor who was listed as taking new patients. I am diabetic so it is important for me to see a doctor regularly. I was told I could get in I. August. That was an 8 month wait. So now it is July and I have one month till my long awaited appointment. They call me today and tell me that they have to reschedule my appointment s size the doctor will be out of town. So I said okay, when and they told me because I was a new patient I could not get in until September 2024! Yes that is correct next year. So now they want me to wait for a Total of almost 2 years to see a doctor. Ridiculous... they kept apologizing but what good is that. I hung up. Do not use Rockwood clinic or MultiCare. What horrible way to treat a person. No regard to my health issues. Luckily my other doctor has been willing to keep track of me through telemed video chats. But now I don't know. She is providence. I will stay with providence from now on. read more

Updated Review : Ends up a few years down the road that my Dr. was not approved through my Health Provider as a Primary Physician. My attempts to attain someone who CAN be my Primary Physician with full powers has been stymied twice since I started the process at end of last year. - The desk staff can be polite in person but never answer when I am transferred by telephone and can be surly on the phone. - An appointment with a different doctor to have two things completed was mostly unsatisfactory . . . she was late and was rude. - Was recently told that my chosen new Dr. was out on the day my scheduled appointment and to call in for an earlier alternate date. Scheduling was unable to make the appointment because the day was blocked and she tried to transfer me to Quail Run desk . . . no one would answer, two additional attempts over two days were never answered and a request for call back was ignored as well. I called back this morning and was unable to get my appointment as instructed, nor was my original appointment available. I now have an appointment for weeks after the original. I am extremely disappointed in the clinics Customer Care. It may force me to change Doctors and Health Care provider. They get two stars because of previous good experience and convenient location. read more

So far I've had a great experience here with the staff and Dr McHugh. They run on time, send out reminders and have a great website where members can find out health updates, saving us time. My husband comes here as well and has been happy with his treatment. read more

I was treated at Multicare Quail Run Clinic mostly for hypertension and diabetes for about 18 months. Issues: 1. Billing - I was charged more money to ask a quick question. At an annual exam I was charged for both the annual exam and a regular appt. My insurance company felt that it should have all been covered under the annual exam, but Multicare Quail Run Clinic would not change it. 2. Meds - I asked the doctor at Multicare Quail Run Clinic to renew a prescription that I was on with a previous doctor. I brought the medication bottle to the appointment so there were no questions. The doctor called in a different medication and didn't counsel me on it. I called the office and asked them to fill the correct one. I was told I'd need to come in for another visit to discuss it. This situation happened twice. I've since changed providers and am on a different oral diabetes medication now that is controlling my sugar much better. The irony is the med I am on is one I asked the doctor about at Multicare Quail Run Clinic and he said it wasn't effective and was expensive. read more

The clinic gets you in pretty fast, but I have not had a warm experience with any of the doctors, nurses, or staff here. It's just kind of a turn and burn clinic. They ask you the same questions like they are meeting you for the first time. They obviously do not make an effort to get to know you or read their notes on you, if they even take any. The doctors have been cold and condescending. They really make little effort to make you feel comfortable. They also do a poor job of tracking your medications and reminding you to come in for a review of the medication if required. I was instead told by my pharmacist the doctor declined to refill my prescription. No explanation. I had to call the doctor and leave a message to find out I was required to come in for a medication evaluation. When I came in last to talk to my doctor he rushed along and pushed off the issues I wanted to talk about until our next appointment in two months. I then waited for 30 minutes to be taken to the lab for blood work, only to find out the doctor never told the lab I was waiting. Needless to say this is my last visit to Rockwood. read more

I was a new patient here for a well exam and the doctor I saw ran a blood panel, three months later I still had not gotten a call back with my results after repeatedly calling staff, saying I'd like my results so I can pay my bill, I'm holding off till then. They immediately sent me to collections, meanwhile another month after that I finally got a call back from the doctor who said she though I had gotten my results and she was so sorry they did not get back to me, it fell through the cracks. Worst experience ever, I will NEVER use a Multicast/Rockwood provider again. read more

My daughters, ages 12 and 10, used to be patients at this location. Thankfully they are very healthy and haven't needed to go to the doctor in a few years, but now it is time for my youngest to get the necessary vaccine for going into sixth grade, and for my oldest to get the HPV vaccine. I called last week to make an appointment and was appalled when I was told that because it had been so long, the nurse I was speaking to would need to ask permission of the doctor for my daughter to return as a patient! I was told that if the doctor she had been seeing would not accept her as a patient again, the nurse would have to ask permission of a different doctor, and then I would ge a call back - and I STILL have not heard back! Isn't the point of good healthcare to need it very rarely? I have NEVER heard of a practice like this. In California I had a doctor I once went a span of ten years without seeing, and there was never any question of not being able to see him because it had been so long, and that has been my experience with all other doctors - once a patient, always a patient. I have had other issues with this doctor's office such as rudeness of nurses and judgmental attitudes of doctors, so this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm taking my daughters to Kaiser on the South Hill, where I know the doctors and staff are caring. I still can't believe I never received so much as a return call from the receptionist at Quail Run. read more
