Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. It looked like a well stocked location and with the friendly service, I'd be happy to do business here again. 10/10 positive experience.

They also offer many services, they are NOT the post office. Similar to being in line at a bank, customers usually need guidance and instructions to get what they want. And the staff can't rush customers. But they do deal with many rude customers. I go there not expecting a "fast food" experience. Since I am also at the USPS PO often, the service time there isn't any quicker. Same if you have to wait at FedEx for assistance.

They have a quick serve kiosk, where you can print prepaid labels, or just scan in a drop off. I sometimes redirect FedEx deliveries here for pickup. I agree service can be slow, but no slower than the local UPS shop. Plus they are more organized here when holding packages than the UPS shop tends to be.
