I walked in today with it being my first visit to Parcel Plus and was immediately greeted by the…read morestaff. Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. It looked like a well stocked location and with the friendly service, I'd be happy to do business here again. 10/10 positive experience.

I have been waiting 2 weeks now for a QVC delivery of a laptop. The irony is my Ring Camera (driveway and door) have not captured a UPS truck since before the last snow storm. Because of the size, I was told it would cost more to ship as it would have to be double boxed. The price was fair and It arrived in good time. Sadly it arrived very broken so I called Chioneso right away and sent an email with several pictures of the damaged box, thin packaging, and the broken lamp. Naturally, she was surprised and she would file a claim with UPS for me. She was very nice and told me Parcel Handy would make this right. I have been calm, courteous, and patient with every interaction. It has now been 6 months since it was shipped to me. Numerous phone calls and emails over the last 6 months have provided me with no compensation of any sort, and now it goes straight to voice mail when I call. So now I am out over $400 for a lamp that I did not break and can't fix. EDIT: 05/11/2022 Chioneso and Parcel Handy has fully reimbursed me and I am satisfied. She told me she got busy and simply forgot. I take her at her word and will likely do business with Parcel Handy in the future.
