He charged me 450 for the profile and was given $200 in April but did not do any of the services. The owner Anton Jackson had received 1,183.00 cash as down payment for an in house loan from his company "Visuastruct development corporation" for home repair to cover the supplies and labor. Then every month I had to pay 671 for 18 months until the 12,000 loan is paid off. He received 2 months payments of $671.00 of payments from my credit card. Last payment was received in April but no work has been done to my house. So I didn't pay the third payment and I starting asking about the loan. He then info me that I did not get the loan after he received nearly 2,500 from. I believe this finances services never existed! In May 2017 I told him since you already have my $2,500 and you did not do any work or paid for supplies for this project. We need to set up a new agreement! He agreed with using the $2,500 as labor and I have to buy the materials so I can have the house in fair condition. For over a month he was avoiding calls and would not give me the material list to buy and supplies until I had to reversed my credit card charges in July 2017. The $1,300 is still in disputes with my bank. The last time I seen Anton was 1 week ago taking measurements and agreeing again to start on the work. He has been voiding all communication for BBB.. Now, he has disabled his website, customer portal with all the details of the agreement. I want my full remaining balance which $1,183 and $200 for my business profile for my business. Anton has a secondary number 248.325.6275. This man is a complete fraud he has 3 failing business under slightly different names in locations, 6850 Ashton St in Detroit and recently closed business PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMER!!!!!

I had previously spoken with the Geek Squad at Best Buy, who refused to even look at it for anything less than $200; and who instead tried to convince me to purchase a new computer. These guys were able to diagnose the problem free of charge. The problem turned out to be a minor faulty accessory which they were able to order, replace, and have my computer working in less than a week. The whole thing cost me half of what Best Buy wanted just to look at it. I recommend these guys for all of your computer needs and have been telling everyone to patronize them. (The only drawback is that the building is a dive, but if they were in a better building, the prices would probably have to go up too. They are located in a pretty good area though.)

My initial contact was via email (on a weekend no less), which was promptly responded to - seems like a fundamental of good business, but something I often find lacking. I value excellent communication as important as the service, and I received exceptional communication. There is no charge for travel, and David came to my house (on time, mind you) and quickly determined the problem. I don't know zip about cpu's, but he showed me in a way I easily understood, explained how/why the situation can happen & outlined every option - from replacing parts which he priced on the spot, to getting a new cpu, which I opted for. Two days later, he returned (again, on time & again, exceptionally communicated) and transferred the data from my old HD to the new one. He helped me select the best option for security, was SO helpful in making sure I didn't forget anything - setting up my peripherals, making sure all my software was working, emails working, found/installed a driver I needed for an older printer, etc. I run a small business off this computer, and had initially been panic-stricken when my old cpu went down. When David left, there was not one stone left unturned - and left to my own devices, I wouldn't have even THOUGHT of so many details he knew to think of. THIS is what defines "Customer Service." He was quite pleasant, very professional, knew precisely what he was doing, and leaves me feeling SO RELIEVED that I now have access to someone I can count on and that I trust. Dave Goward took my laptop, gave it a full diagnostic check and assessed what was wrong. My primary issue was that I hadn't had a system tune up in a long time. I also had poor anti-virus and malware protection. Dave installed new protection for me. He found out that my CD drive wasn't working. He removed it and installed a CD & DVD writer in it's place; total upgrade! He also found out that I had too little memory. He doubled my memory as well. I got a full diagnostic check, full system clean up, full anti-virus, malware and spyware protection, a new DVD & CD burner and double the amount of memory; all for $80. I was floored! When I got my laptop back, Dave had made a folder on my desktop with videos explaining exactly what he did and how often I need to run the new anti-virus and spyware protection. I'm not a techy person, so I greatly appreciated the extra information. I am very pleased with the service and have already recommended him to other friends and family members.
