I would give zero if there was an option for zero stars overpriced low quality lehanga and beanboozeled you into products you didnt want and then act like giving good price but if you go to Ladlee it is 5 times cheaper. I normally do not leave reviews (yes I am one of those) and this is coming from a guy's perspective who was shopping with my bride to be, mother, and Masi (aunt) for my upcoming Indian wedding and reception. While we initially went to stores in global village and did in fact like an outfit for my fiancée, we opted to come back the next day as we ran out of time in the evening and chose to check out Mumtaz Fashions prior to heading back to global village as it opened later, however, we never made it back to global village. As a male who does enjoy fashion, whose experience has been exhausted by Indian shopping with the fashionable females in my family my whole life, I have to say was blown away by the trendy clothes that were available at Mumtas Fashion, so much that we didn't make it back to any other store, and ended up buying clothes for my entire wedding (bride and groom), 4 gowns for the reception, as well as the accessories to go with the bride. Since we are out of town, Mumta herself even got two of my fiancées outfits hemmed the same day and we came back to try them on and fit great. The consistency of the quality of the varieties that were available at the store was honestly something I have never seen, especially with the competitive prices that were being offered. Mumta and Bijal were extremely nice, very patient, and were dedicated in ensuring that we were very happy with all of our purchases, which was the best service we received, and believe me, the women in my family are tough and still walked out of there very happy and so pleased with the experience. Not sure how there are any negative reviews of this place, but if you want to go to a place a get some quality Indian clothing that is very unique and trendy at very good prices, then I would stop here first. Do not order with this company - its a scam. I placed an order for 2 dresses in July. One of them arrived after 4 weeks so I cancelled the other dress and requested a refund. After numerous emails back and forth, I was promised that I would get my refund on the 7th of October which I have not received. I have reported Mumetaz to ecommerce.gov and would recommend others doing the same to stop companies like this ripping people off. read more

She's so good at what she does that I can walk in and tell her the occasion I need an outfit for and the first outfit I try on is usually perfect. This is a terrible company. They have refused to refund my credit card for a dress that never even shipped to me. I have been trying to get this resolved for almost two months. Our first time shopping for a dress for an Indian wedding. A friend and I both looked around and were followed the entire time like we were going to take something, absolutely zero personal space if you're shopping here. When I found something I liked, it was overpriced by a lot. I say this because we went to Texas Sari Sapne right after with more choices, better prices, and far better service. The best selection of Indian clothing in the entire Southeast US. I've been to Indian clothing boutiques/stores from Houston to Dallas to Memphis to Alabama to Charlotte to Raleigh to Orlando to Miami and no one is better. When you're there ask for the owner, Mumtaz. She'll make sure you get what you need while not spending outside if your budget. I am married to an Indian woman and in the past she's spent way too much on clothes she's never been happy with. Not anymore. I myself ordered a custom male sherwani. The manager is very very rude and verbally abusive, threatens her customers, blackmails, all she cares about is taking the money and not delivering to customers, bad service, very expensive items, the odd items are on sale. On the up side and to be fair to them they have some nice stuff and one lady who works there is nice, but the terrible treatment/ service from the manager has put me off and my family off. I will not be going back there. There are better shops out there with decent managers who wont bite your head off and act childish, save your money and go to places like global mall and similar places....also you wont be over paying for the items you want/ need. read more
