What a cool shop! The selection was amazing something for everyone. I was a little nervous it's hard enough to find the right size and length for myself at normal shops but so many things here looked cute on me and I felt good having so many options. I got a gorgeous kimono style overcoat that's warm, beautifully made and it is my first successful vintage shopping experience. First of all... Melinda and Angela are the freakin best. I frequent the coffee shop next door (shout out LITTLE MISS CAFE) & always noticed the incredible AND legendary MuMu Mansion window display. I could tell a true creative was putting their heart into it, so I knew I had to check it out. Immediately upon entering, I was blown away by the curation of items (jewelry, clothing, tarot cards, handbags, cool chairs & more) & I was especially impressed with the vibes. Back story, I decided that 2024 was gonna be the year that I start to get a little more creative with my fashion sense. If you know me, you'd know my fashion esthetic is "gym"... so I was beginning to feel hella basic. Another important thing to note is that I'm normally a person that dreads shopping. Sooo, quite the conundrum, when you're trying to channel fashionista vibes. Anywho, Melinda immediately started making extremely helpful suggestions as soon as I told her what I was looking for. I was specifically looking for a pre wedding day outfit... she found the perfect fit for me the very first try...unheard of! I have muscles, so sometimes clothes look weird on me.. I now go to the store ATLEAST once a month (usually for a different event I am about to attend) for Melindas advice, but I also go and check in because I really do enjoy the vibes. I've ordered online from this place multiple times, from their live sales on Instagram to sending a dm on a piece I was interested in.
