Coffee Dog recently started selling a really good "Zombie Defense Serum" roast (dorky, kina funny name, but with an unfortunate AI art generated sticker)... It's delicious! Has a good acidity, it's fairly bright, and there's some fun notes in it. I wish I knew what day it was roasted (the 2 week carbon release rule), but I do think it was fresh and hadn't had the chance to release all of its carbon.
