I asked for a spoon and the counter creature barked there were sooon right in "front of you". There was a container above eye level with I guess had a few spoons at the bottom but since I had forgotten my x-ray goggles, I was unable to see the two spoons... then watching a young ice cream ... ahh tech, I suppose, struggle with the soft serve machine, but she did have a roughly 1 foot high cone and soft serve combo and she was trying to secure some help with this endeavor, I asked if that would be my small twist? At which time the excited gaggle of gathered counter kids all chortled "yes... that's our small!!!" But none of our issues were related to that... it was a series of lost opportunities to show that anyone cared about what or how they should treat a guest along with old poorly packaged food that sat way to long.
