We were early for our rez and seated quickly so that was nice. Apps took 45 minutes and were bad, the squash soup was served cold and tasted gross (like it was frozen and not thawed properly), French onion was modestly better. Entrees were the high point (steak) and dessert was forgettable (from Sysco I think, definitely not in-house). Disappointing. Suggestions would be to work on service/timing and hire an in-house baker or buy from one of the many great local bakers for bread/fresh desserts. Will we be back? Probably not.

I had a veggie burger and it was pretty tasty! A good meatiness - if that's what you're after. The real star was the fried cheese curds from the specials menu - salty, a hint of sweet from the light glaze on them, crunchy fried outside, and ooey gooey cheesiness. The drink prices weren't listed on the but turned out to be very reasonable. I was at Parker's with a large group and they handled us really well. We happened to be there on night with live music and the two brothers they had playing were great and part of my group kept half singing along while the rest could carry on conversation just fine. The decor is nice- old wood and gorgeous stained glass ceiling lamps that are all different. Everyone had their own favorite. The bar has a patio area that can be opened up in nice weather. Car parking is in on the street. I didn't spot any bike racks nearby but there are sign posts that could serve. It's in a very walkable downtown.

(Baby girl only ate her fries) Since it was Thursday and after 8 p.m., we caught Tully's Happy Hour (Monday-Thursday, 8 p.m. to close), where select dishes are $8.99. We were given the opportunity to order drinks and food at the same time, and did so. At around 6:20, we had received drinks, but nothing else. No other attention was paid to us by our waiter. I did notice, however, that our waiter was engaged in a significant conversation with folks at the bar. When I went up to the bar to inquire as to our status, we saw clear evidence that our food order had never been put into the system and directed to the kitchen. I asked specifically if that was the case, and I was assured that didn't happen. Yet we didn't receive our food until 6:50, and it came out one meal at a time. The food at this restaurant is rather pricey, and if the food quality had been high, I would not have complained. But the food was lousy. It's about the only way I can describe it. Of the four meals ordered, only one was satisfactory. Brussel sprouts appetizer however was fairly good. The waiter used a momentary power glitch during a rain storm as the excuse for our order not getting to the kitchen, but the facts of the situation told a very different story. Not being told the truth when I made a direct request as to why our food was delayed, is flat out Unacceptable. I cannot recommend this restaurant under any circumstances. They've been in business under this name for two years, which is plenty of time to get their act together. They simply need to do much better or they won't survive.

The sides were flavorful and good - the steak that our waiter piped up about? Cold. Shocking given the roundtable discussion with only one table and the kitchen having only two things to prepare. Also, steak wasn't medium. We asked about the Birria which "never was put in" and given how poorly the steak was I said I wanted the item. Birria was good but the consume dipping sauce was just red like cough syrup. For dessert we got the peanut butter pie. It was ok.
