He was on time, thoroughly prepared, obviously knew what he was doing, and did a first-rate and professional-looking job. Gabe was efficient and, when asked, patiently and clearly explained why and what he was doing in advance, so that there were no "surprises", other than how very quickly and cleanly he completed the job. Gabe trained us on how the system operates and the very little it takes to maintain it (nearly no maintenance is required). Our house is certifiably a healthier dwelling, thanks to the work of Gabe and Pure Air Environmental.

I hired the company to remove mold in my crawl space on February 8th 2024…read more I was happy with the initial work they did and agreed to have them install a dehumidifier in the crawl space to prevent future mold. The dehumidifier was delivered but not hooked up because there was no outlet under the house and Pure Air was going to need an electrician to do the work. They finally sent someone on April 1, 2024. The electrician hooked into an outlet in the main house that could not support the dehumidifier and caused the breaker to trip. They sprayed solution to stop the mold and put down a vapor barrier. This was good but now after paying over $4000.00, the dehumidifier has stopped working! I have called many times to get the dehumidifier fixed or replaced but my calls are not being returned and no one has called to resolve the problem.

Janelle and her staff are the most trustworthy, protective, down-to-earth and nurturing providers. Janelle is an expert in child development and creating a safe and happy experience for all ages. Her student teachers are Ball State students who have a deep love for kids and learning. My kids absolutely loved their KKids teachers and friends and I finally had peace of mind day in and day out when I had to work. My kids were known and loved and also prepped so well for Kindergarten. All 4 ended up in a high ability program and I know it is because of the curriculum they received. The best childcare option in the East Central area!

I feel included in everything that's going on and I'm always informed of things that are going on. I wish we could take Mrs. Farmer to Kindergarten with us. We will be so sad when we have to move on. My child looks forward to going to their preschool and daycare, and it's never a hassle to get her there. I love the close-knit, family-like environment. The teachers really care about all the children, and all the teachers know her by name. My daughter has made so many friends at this place. I would 100% recommend The Ark!

I did online searches of all daycares in the area and this one never popped up so I was frustrated with my lack of choices until a coworker mentioned they had toured Little Scholars and liked it. I made a quick phone call and scheduled a tour for myself. Staff could not have been nicer and rates were very affordable. Thankfully, I was able to get on the waiting list in enough time to have availability for when I finished maternity leave. My whole experience here was so easy. I handed over a bag of my son's items every day and they labeled everything for me. I set my car sear in the front hall with all the others and picked it back up at the end of the day. Staff was always very laid back. I never once got a call about an emergency or a situation that they couldn't handle. I could stop in and check on my baby any time that I wanted. I enjoyed getting my notes at the end of the day with a full report of all of his activities. They also did crafts! I was so impressed that my baby got sent home with completed crafts all of the time. My son was happy here and was usually rocking peacefully when I arrived for pick-up. I no longer commute to Muncie every day but I am so thankful this daycare was available for when I needed it.

Upon meeting the owner my husband and I felt completely comfortable sending our son there for his first school experience. The teaching staff are not only wonderful with the kids but in my opinion work with them in such a way that they are miles ahead of their peers. The activities and learning tools they utilize made it much easier on my son as well. He left there always happy and excited to tell me about his day. In addition to the great environment, the owner is also extremely down to earth and flexible with allowing you to chose your child's schedule based on availability (many centers we've visited have not been so accommodating). I honestly believe my child is much more prepared for his future school years because of Little Explorers.
