We chartered this company to transport two Girl Scout troops on a 7-8 hour trip, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we boarded, there was an unpleasant odor on the bus. By our first stop, the smell had become overwhelming. The bus was filled with the odor of urine and feces, even though no one from our group had used the onboard restroom. The smell became so bad that passengers could not comfortably sit in the back of the bus. In an effort to make the trip bearable, we purchased bleach and air freshener ourselves. Troop leaders repeatedly sprayed disinfectant and air freshener before the children boarded. We also asked the driver to have the restroom emptied and cleaned, and parents even provided locations where the restroom could be serviced. The issue persisted throughout much of the trip. What was most disappointing was the response from the owner when we raised our concerns. We were told that the company was "a bus service, not a cleaning service." Cleanliness and sanitation should be a basic expectation when transporting passengers--especially children. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend inspecting any bus thoroughly before departure. No group should have to endure hours of travel in those conditions. This version keeps the focus on documented facts, which tends to carry more weight with potential customers and is less likely to be challenged by the company.

Two weeks before my cruise, I emailed to confirm. Instead, they started a new reservation. I replied that they must've been confused. A rep then called and told me they had no record of my reservation. I explained I had a confirmation number and a charge on my credit card bill. The representative was completely rude and made it sound like it was my fault that she couldn't find the reservation. She told me she would keep looking. I explained that if they couldn't handle this process, it might be best if I cancelled and go with another company. She snapped back that she couldn't cancel if she couldn't find it. I told her I would file a dispute with the credit card company then, and she hung up on me (!). Ten minutes later, she called back and said that she'd found it and refunded. (We'll see...) They never seemed to want my business and I'm very confused on how they stay in business with an operation as clueless as this.
