First off, Paola was very professional, knowledgable, and welcoming throughout our initial Zoom meeting then subsequent in-person visit. As shown in the photographs, the model homes were impressive. Extremely spacious, thoughtful, and luxurious. The location in Santee might not be as central as other options in SD county, but it's hard to ignore the value factor. I'm holding off on a fifth star as we ultimately did not proceed with a purchase and cannot speak to the rest of the home buying experience with Pardee but felt the need to share this pleasant experience. Also just for additional context: for anyone who's keeping an eye on the San Diego housing market at the time of this review (early 2021) knows things are WILD to put it lightly! With limited supply and high demand (attributed to low mortgage rates among multiple reasons), houses have been routinely selling over asking price just several days after listing on the market. I'm definitely curious to see how things play out in the long run. If/when we decide to look at home ownership again, Pardee will be on our list of builders to check out.
