His nurse that numbs your nose and inserts the leads did not wait long enough for the medicine to be effective and I about came out of the chair. After, the procedure I have a problem now with both sides of nostrils. I've been going back to try different ways to make it better. Even second opinion ent doctors have no idea why it's not getting better. Last week I went to Dr Goco office and saw Brett he didn't bother numbing my nose to look around. i told him when it gets extra juicy I usually have a sinus infection. He doesn't listen well. Then he ask me. Before I could say I finally got up a green with black specks he moved on to my ears to look in. He spent maybe a couple of seconds on my right ear. I told him that if feels like fluid and it hunts from my ear all the way down. He moved to the left ear for a couple of seconds. Then went out of the room when he came back Brett said he consulted with Dr Goco and they kicked me to the curb. That's how I felt. They referred me to Vanderbilt ent. I didn't know until I got a text that the offices were in Nashville. I can't drive to Nashville. It hurts my body to drive that far. Brett didn't bother asking would there be a problem getting there or I would have said yes. I wasn't going to sue but I believe that nurse needs to pay for the agony she put me through by not doing her job correctly. I'm actively look for an ENT lawyer. Didn't know that ENT doctors get sued a lot. I got on the internet and started searching for anything that would help me. I found an herb called Mullen. It's at Amazon or Temu. I got at Amazon to get it quicker. After just taking one I started feeling like it's working. The next morning I could already feel the effects. I could breathe better. The mucus was thinning. The best part I wasn't snorting like crazy. The snorting was one of the worst things about this. I couldn't be around friends or family because of it. For months I stayed to my self. My daughter thought I didn't like going with her. It was my snorting. Sometimes it would go on for hours before I could get to the point of just falling to sleep. I was always tired. I was ready just to end it. Now, with this miracle herb. I can go around people. I slept better it's only been 3 days. I've stopped using the nasal spray no need for it. If your having a problem with thickening mucus try this product Mullen.

I was waiting quite a while to be called back. On one occasion, I arrived early for my appointment, and they forgot about me, calling several later appointments before me. I'm glad that the complaints of patients and customers were heard and important changes implemented to make my hearing loss journey less stressful. I appreciate that.

We came to Middle Tennessee Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists after son son caught an elbow during a…read morebasketball game and broke his nose. Dr. Law was very professional and assuring. He spent a great deal of time talking to my teenager about the surgery: what to expect realistically in terms of outcome, what to anticipate on the day of the surgery, and the challenges of recovery. He even looked at family photos to see what my son's nose was supposed to look like and explained what to expect on the day of the surgery. My family has been through a few health challenges at various Nashville hospitals, and no experience was as easy, respectful, and efficiently run as the one we had with Dr. Law. On the day of the surgery, the nurses were kind and competent, the facilities new and impressive. They run their practice in a way that's both personal and professional. And, most importantly, Dr. Law completely fixed my son's nose. After the surgery, Dr. Law checked in on my son to make sure he was recovering well. Then, a few days later, we discussed the pros and cons of further sports participation. My son wanted to get back on the court, and Dr. Law treated his concerns respectfully by explaining the medical reality of his post-surgery facial vulnerability. (He ended up playing sooner than Dr. Law advised, but we were definitely informed of the risk.) Throughout the entire process, Dr. Law made himself available for any questions we might have and continued to follow up to check on my son's well-being. Overall, the experience was as good as a broken nose could possibly be. Thanks, Dr. Law!

Strange experience. I showed up for my first appointment 10 minutes early for my 2:30 appointment…read more I didn't have my insurance card but had all my insurance numbers. I gave them to the front desk person. She said repeatedly said I can't find you. I said It's okay I can fill out my paperwork (new patient) while I have a friend text me a picture of it. She replied. I don't have any paperwork for you to fill out. Really? She said without your card I can't give you any paperwork. Really? So you don't take cash?? Credit cards? I planned on staying whether I had my card or not. I had an EAR problem. She continued to just basically ignore me while I said - did you find it? Finally I walked outside. Had a friend text me a photo of the card with the EXACT same numbers / info I had already given her. Now it's 2:45 - there is no one else in the office. She says Okay I found you now when would you like to reschedule? It is the EXACT same time it would have been if I had sat down and filled out my paperwork. It was utterly ridiculous. This girl looked about 15 and appeared to have NO idea what she was doing. I had other things to worry about so I simply said - whatever is good for you? I rescheduled for the following week. Went back - same girl - OH SO pleasant this time. Immediately asked me to fill out the clipboard of paperwork that was there the week before. Then I am called in by a doctor that appears to be 20. Now I know new doctors might seem young but she just didn't seem to have any answers either. She explained how she would examine my ear and then send in her nurse. Doesn't the nurse normally come in and take info and then send in the doctor? It was just a STRANGE experience. I really felt like I was on a hidden camera show. This very young girl who did not appear experienced in ear problems talked a lot but followed up every comment with, but I can't be sure if that is what your problem might be. Then she says... I'm going to have the nurse come in and run a test on your ear. The nurse was the rude girl from the front desk. At this point I almost could not keep myself from laughing. It was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had. The doctor then returned with the test results and repeated there may be fluid OR this may just be your normal ear test results. As it showed a little bit off from being normal I guess. It was the most inconclusive bizarre appointment I have ever experienced. I hope there is not a large fee for this appointment or it will definitely be challenged. Left the parking lot in hysterics calling another doctor who may have a better understanding what is going on with my ear! I really felt like I was in a high school mock doctor's office.

Example 1- My medical records were mixed up with someone else's when I transferred to another center. This could have serious consequences. These extra documents were discovered while the new doctor was flipping through the pages. Example 2- My allergy drops were lost in the mail, when I went to pick up replacements, they were unaccounted for and so was the allergist who told me they would be there. After 30 minutes of waiting, several extra staff went in the back to "mix" my $200 drops without the allergist present. Example 3- Dr. Sauvegeau was nice to start but didn't address my chronic sinus issues. He kept pushing surgery that "might" solve the issue. He started to make me feel like I was overreacting and he began to seem annoyed with me since I wanted to take a more conservative approach. After several visits I realized that he never took the time to really listen and he seemed arrogant. Example 4- It was beyond difficult to reach the allergist; I called several times daily for over two weeks, and left messages only to finally find out she had never faxed my requested records. Overall, I had a very frustrating experience and ultimately had to leave. I am now seeing Dr. Sacks at the Nashville OAT center and have been highly impressed.
