Do not buy pizza here! Last week I bought a plain cheese pizza for $11.99. This week I was charged $17.50 for the same pizza. I also noticed that they increase the price of a meat lovers pizza to $28. The meat lovers pizza has very few toppings on it. The new owners have no problem gouging the customer. The cashiers and counter clerks are not very courteous or friendly to the customers. Don't waste your time or money going to this place today. I bought my last pizza there. read more

Hell yes, Murphy's Mobil! We've had our house in the area for several years now and up until this summer have not tried the Chester Fried Chicken this place is always advertising. That all changed about a month ago when my cousins and I sprung not only for the chicken, but some delectable Gas Station Pizza. This place is legit good! The chicken was cheap, hot, and very fresh. Seriously! They use tenders so you're not getting some sort of fast food sketch-mix. The breading was crispy and the sauces were fine. The pizza was also excellent! Not greasy, and the crust was garlicky. The sauce was a bit on the sweeter side but I like it that way. You can buy it by the slice or get a whole pie, and we've done both. They had a deal where you could get 2 large for $15 plus a 2-litre of soda. My whole family was up for my cousin's birthday and his restaurant of choice was closed on that particular day, so we went with some GSP instead. Their buffalo chicken was the favorite of the night. The marriage of GSP with Chester Fried and tasty buffalo sauce was almost too much for us. I don't think that caliber of pizza can be achieved anywhere else. Pour some ranch on that baby and you have a feast. Seriously, that pizza is good. Oh yeah, so's the gas. It's one of the cheaper stations around- you're better off filling up there before heading any further north and it's usually one of the less expensive ones that isn't on 104. read more

While traveling home from North Conway we needed to fuel up so we decided to stop in at this gas station. It was conveniently located outside of Meredith which made getting in and out of the parking lot much easier than a station in town. The gas here was reasonably priced but the pumps were a bit slow and there are only four of them. The convenience store at this station actually had a decent amount of items including food. We didn't push our limits, but they marketed "fresh" lobster rolls for under $9. We ended up buying a bag of ice here and were surprised that it only cost $1.25. In the end, it was a decent stop, the staff was polite but a bit immature and the bathrooms were clean. We would stop here again if nothing else than for the convenience of not feeling rushed like in the center of Meredith. read more

So this is the weekend I fly to Boston and drive to the Lakes Region of New Hamphire to meet my ex and my kids. My son is in Camp at Winaukee and Saturday is parents visiting day. On Saturday morning, before parent's visiting day, I drive to my ex wife's motel to pick up her and my daughter. They tell me they want breakfast but don't want a sit-down meal. I suggest opting for a "quick / in and out" sit-down meal at Village Kitchen or, even faster, walking over to the gas station / convenience store next door to their hotel to get breakfast biscuits. They reluctantly select the latter since they do not want to arrive late to my sons camp. When we walk into the gas station / convenience store (Murphy's) we see breakfast biscuits in a deli case along with other varieties / combinations of breakfast sandwiches. You can have your breakfast sandwich fillings with three kinds of bread. - biscuit, Engllsh Muffin or "Bulkie," (A "Bulkie" is similar to an onion roll or kaiser roll) the bigger / bulkier / heftier option of the three bread choices. The filling choices are bacon, egg and cheese; ham egg and cheese; or sausage egg and cheese. You can get your sandwich customized to differ from the above options if the pre-made one don't suit your fancy; there are workers behind the deli case who can do that. I chose the ham egg and cheese bulkie, my ex picked a ham egg and cheese biscuit, and my daughter opted out of those choices altogether and picked a donut or pastry of some type from an adjacent pastry case. We all grab drinks to wash breakfast down with; I choose OJ, my ex coffee (from the coffee / pastry pot area) and my daughter gets some kind of bottled juice from the refrigerated beverages area. The bill for all of these items is less than 9 bucks. We go over to the motel pool patio area to eat breakfast. I enjoy my sandwich; not bad for convenience store breakfast grub. My ex complained that she did not like her choices; however, she proceeded to devour the filling of her biscuit sandwich and then discarded the bread portion claiming it to be "gross." My daughter seemed content with her doughnut and juice choice. In spite of some issues, I am a fan and will be back at some point next year. read more

I was on a road trip with my family when we stopped here to buy drinks and snacks for the day. We sent the guys in to buy the days supplies while the girls threw away the snack containers and empty water bottles from the day before. The woman working came out to tell us we where not aloud to use the trash can!!! Then she told the rest of our party that was still inside buying from this store that she was going to make us take our trash with us??? Why are we not allowed to use the trash can?? Maybe because some people in our party have tattoos??? I wish I knew why but If I was you I would steer clear of this discriminating business. read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could purely based off of how rude your staff is! We are on a roadtrip from FL & my husband stopped inside to buy some snacks, so I decided to throw away a some trash we've collected along the way into the trashcan provided...because usually when you stop at gas stations you do this. The lady came out & told me I wasn't allowed to throw trash away!... perhaps it's my tattoos she didn't like so she was just discriminating but that trashcan was definitely full of other people's trash so I'm not sure why my trash wasn't allowed in it?! She also proceeded to tell my husband at the register that "she should give me trash bag & I can take it all with me"!...I'm sorry that my 8 pieces of trash (a few water bottles & food wrappers) are too much for your 1/2 empty trashcan located by the front door of your establishment that my husband was patronizing! Next time I will make sure to drive out if my way to avoid your business! read more
