I drove to this location for that purpose and when I realized that White Castle was attached, I thought I'd go ahead and fill up as well and use the restroom. This way I could do everything in one stop. As I filling up, I went in to use the restroom. A young lady was cleaning the credit card machine and I asked for the restroom key since the door had a sign to do so. I told her that I was a paying customer and would like the key to the restroom. She asked me which pump. I told her I didn't as I didn't look. I was thinking to myself, I'm paying at the pump with my card so why bother looking at the pump number. She was not relenting, so I walked back out to the pump to get the pump number. I came back in and told her and she says "Oh well someone else is in there now". I was infuriated! I have never experienced this at a gas station before. I will never return to this location. Typically, I don't even buy Speedway gas as I don't feel it's of good quality and this experience of terrible service just made it worse. I didn't even bother getting the White Castle at this point. I never got to use the restroom. I just drove off and I was so upset that I turned around to get her name. Yes, C.C. needs some major training in customer service. A paying customer who filled up my tank was not allowed to use the restroom without providing the pump number. Are you kidding me? I do not recommend this gas station at all!

While on a typical road trip I had already done my look ahead preview for gas prices along our…read moreroute using GasBuddy. I noted an area of generally lower prices after crossing into Indiana from Michigan so I planned to pull it up again once we were on the road and in the area. I look for lower prices closest to my route that were reported recently. I've driven a couple of miles off my route to save what looks like 25-30¢ per gallon only to find that it was higher. So, close to the route, recent, similar low prices nearby, and the cherry on top is a prices sign visible just before the exit. We exited the interstate looking for a Speedway station that had every criteria met except sign visible from the highway and when we pulled up to the station, instead of the expected $2.54/gal it was now $2.79/gal...25¢ higher per gallon! Now GasBuddy is user reported and gas prices can change rapidly, I had one change once as I was pulling in! So I put in $2 and drove off looking for lower prices! But it was not to be as everything in the immediate area was suddenly at $2.79 also, funny how that happens! So I chose this Family Express location, also $2.79/gal, because it was on the right side of the road for easy re-entry and I was too low on gas to search anywhere else. What I found was the usual automated pumps, same pricing as others in the area, clean facilities and restrooms, and a convenience store. Certainly as good a choice as other major national brands. I would definitely stop here again, depending on price, of course!

When ever I go there, Usha and all the employees are so kind. I like that they only keep a few pieces because I know I will always get fresh food! Usha so graciously said he could make more , I was so happy , I said will wait i stopped so my parents could try it. Usha even told me he would bring it out when it was done, curbside service as well! I ha always Love this station. My parents have had chicken many places in their life span and they said this chicken was the best in all the town, so moist , fresh , oil was very clean , great taste. Not greasy! Great cooking!
