I arrived first thing on a Saturday morning and I was seen right away. I was there to get a tire fixed. They were able to fix the tire but upon doing so they discovered that another tire had a bubble. They brought it to my attention. I was able to purchase a good used tire as this was an unexpected expense. They didn't have to even bring it to my attention and the fact that helped me out with a good bargain was amazing. I called 2 hours before closing time on a Saturday, needing a tire with a nail in it repaired, and a new car battery. They were very nice about it being a last-minute request, and made sure they had the battery my car needed before I drove 30 minutes from out of state. The waiting area is very large so you can easily practice social distancing as you wait. The price was very reasonable and the service was quick. I plan on returning and highly recommend them. read more

Very impressed. These did a brake job for me much cheaper than the dealer. Very good customer service and an added bonus is that it's got that small town feel where you know will get a fair deal. They don't go looking got extras to pad the bill like so many places do. Prices seem about right and you certainly are saving over doing your tires and brakes at the dealer. read more

IMO, this is the best tire store in town. Sure you can drive to Tire RACK over by South Bend and save a LITTLE bit of money, but the R.O.I. isn't enough for me to make that haul. There is also Tire Barn in M.C. where you MIGHT save a couple dimes. This is a long time, locally owned business. I believe it's now 3rd generation. I like the fact that the money I spend in town, stays in town. On top of that, they always price things very well, work quickly and are just all around nice people. read more

You don't get better service than this home town family owned business and prices are reasonable.

Really great and easy experience. I live in Chicago and was quoted a 2 hour wait and a $200 charge for a flat fix and rotation there. Flanigans did the same work in 30 minutes for an extremely small fraction of the price. Very nice people too! read more

Took my friends vehicle to several different shops including Flanigans. They gave me a list of parts it needed to be repaired. I took the list and shopped around for he beat price for repair. I ended up having jiffy lube do the repair . After the repair was done it still needed an alignment . Flanigans refused to do the alignment until the inner tie rod end was replaced. I took it back to jiffy lube they said all was fine it didn't need one. Took it to sears automotive as well they agreed all was fine. I ended up having sears do the alignment instead . If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck then it's a duck. But in this case there was no duck and I don't know if anything even looked like one. I won't go back here I don't like people trying to force me to replace parts I don't need. Unacceptable!!! read more

I stopped in when my tire was low on air on my way back to WI. They were so nice and helped me figure out what was wrong (cracked rim) patched as best they could, filled with air and sent me on my way. All for $20. Please stop in here when you need tires!!, Good guys! read more

By far the worst shop I have ever had to deal with. I go to get 4 tires mounted on rims and balanced and left the shop with one of the mechanics threatening me to meet him in the parking lot. Asked to speak to the manager named Kyle and was treated horribly as a custom as well. Thought taking $10 off the bill would fix everything and so I asked him a simple question and I get my credit card literally thrown at me. Looked up reviews on this shop prior to going to it to make sure I was going to a good place but man did I get a surprise. Treating customers solely on what they drive (showed up with Audi s4) is just wrong as the three customers that before me drove chevy's were treated with respect. Clearly a joke of a shop if this is how they treat customers, shops been open since the 1940's and am surprised a shop like this is still operating. If you're thinking of taking your car here for any repairs I would think twice and go else where. They even ruined one of my rims while putting on the tire. Completely unprofessional, every single person that worked there. I usually never write reviews except for when things like this happen to where the public needs to be aware of their "local shop that's been around for along time."
