We were really excited to try this place. Had a lot of great reviews and seemed like a good quality place. We got a few dishes to try. Those who tried the loaded fries with chicken ended up getting really sick. Might have been a bad day but that was a bummer. It's pretty overpriced and the service wasn't great. Took about 25 minutes to get our food. I was unfortunately disappointed. Hopefully they can figure this out but the food got us sick and the price didn't make that experience worth it either. read more

Outstanding! In this day when food prices are rising and portions are getting smaller, you don't feel it here! The cheesesteak was packed with hot, tender and juicy beef perfectly flavored and cooked to perfection. The vegetables were sliced thin so you got a good mix in every bite. The bun was soft but chewy at the same time. Hands down the best cheesesteak I've ever had! And I heard the man at the table next to us say the same thing. The fries were good, as was the fry sauce. Don't Door dash... I ordered two Philly cheese steak. One with no bread the other was so soggy I had to eat it with a fork. We asked for cherry peppers on the one with no bread. So hot it went in the garbage. $40 later it was a horrible experience. I won't recommend or go back. Horrible meal. read more

Look, the food was excellent but not for the price. I had the cheesesteak ($9) and honestly could say it was one of the best I have in a while. I decided to add the onion ring combo and realized that was an additional $5. On top of that I was charged an extra $0.50 for fry sauce. The cup of fry sauce was fairly big but it was not even filled halfway. If there is one thing I hate when it comes to buying food at a restaurant is paying extra for condiments. I can understand that it costs money to make fry sauce a tablespoon of ketchup, a table spoon of mayo, some spices, and a little plastic cup shouldn't cost anything. I'd understand if I were asking for 2 or 3 extra but come on. I know those onion rings already have the cost for some sauce built in because they were just your average frozen onion ring you find at most places. They were well cooked and tasted good but they were frozen rings first. So overall I would rate the service and food very highly (4.5 stars) and suggest you try this place just don't be surprised when your bill comes to nearly $15. That's a lot for a sandwich, 8-10 onion rings, and a medium sized fountain drink. 4.5 Stars - .5 having to buy fry sauce (seems petty I know) - .5 overall value = 3.5 Stars. Hopefully people read this review because it deserves more than the 3 stars I marked but not the full 4. That said, if you live in the southwest part of the valley you should give Murphy's a try. You will probably enjoy it but might feel some sticker shock at the register. P.S. The burger prices seemed very reasonable and they even had a 1/4lb cheaper burger menu. I am guessing the students at Riverton High take advantage of this at lunch. I will be back to try a burger. read more

My new favorite spot! I was working with a student who was eating a Philly cheesesteak and it looked so yummy I had to go there for lunch. I ordered the garlic chicken and it was ok. My significant other had the jalapeño Philly and he said it wasn't anything special. Huge servings and the bun was good.. That's why it's pricey. We also, order sweet potato fries with the whiz cheese because the lady said it was like nacho cheese. It was not like nacho cheese at all. Lol. The fries were good though. This is hands down the best cheesesteak I've ever had. I kept it simple, grilled onions, provolone cheese, their special sauce, and meat. Delicious. It was hot, gooey from the cheese, the meat was well seasoned, and the onions were caramelized. The fries were crunchy and made fresh. I'm not normally a fan of fry sauce but their jalapeño fry sauce had a nice kick to it! The cashier was super friendly and helpful and even offered us a punch card which is awesome. They have a lot of other options like wings, burgers, onion rings, and smoothies. Based on the experience I had I'll have to give them all a try. Will absolutely be back. read more
