I wasn't hungry, but I love that they have a full on food menu - including salads, burgers(!!!), bagels, toasts, paninis, pastries, etc. Plus all the regular coffee items, boba, smoothies, and teas. I went with one of the seasonal specials, the banana bread matcha. It didn't take too long to come out and it was very tasty - not really what I was expecting, but I liked it. They apologized and said they would make another one. When the cashier turned it over to the food preparer, I heard a lot of swearing under his breath like I was some kind of burden to him. I watched as he pulled the sausage off of the bagel, slap a new piece of cheese on and throw it in the microwave. Then he wrapped it up and handed it to me. I Saw the whole thing. I said to him, excuse me, is this a new bagel or did you just take the sausage off? He looked me right in the eye abs told me it was a new one. I unwrapped it, flipped it over and saw little pieces of sausage still stuck to the egg. Look, I've worked in food, I know it can be frustrating to have to redo an order but I would never try to serve a customer food that they explicitly told me they could not eat. When I showed the cashier, she offered to make another one. After waiting 20 minutes initially and then being lied to, I wasn't going to trust the food preparer again. I said no and asked for a refund which was a completely new battle. It seems the people working at this location are not trained in customer service, food safety or register functions. I would never go back again.
