I was told it would take two weeks or less to have the ring repaired and returned to the store and I paid for the repairs up front. Three weeks and four phone calls to the store later I still didn't have a straight answer on when I would receive my ring. The manager and two other employees apologized but gave only excuses. I felt like they were holding my wedding ring hostage! I finally called the Kay 800 customer service line and within 10 minutes had the issue solved- but by driving an hour to get my ring. I was treated like I didn't matter and no one at this store tried to problem solve or communicate effectively with me. I'd never go back- for repairs or to buy jewelry. Go elsewhere!
