The point is, these workers never even speak to you if you walk in or help you unless you have a 3 piece suit on. They must associate clothing with money. Even though I own most of the Gibsons and Martins they have in the store. I've learned and spoke to others as well. I will NEVER buy a guitar or anything small to a pick from this store. Horrible customer service, and to be honest just disrespectful to people who would buy something from them.

He was a very nice and personable guy. I'm an older guy now approaching 70 yrs old. I been playing guitar for 58 of those years. If I Wanted I could purchase any of the guitars in the shop. After returning home I sent an email inquiring about trading a guitar(nice high end guitar). They did a whole youtube video about taking trades. The response I received was a BLANK email. I thought this may have been sent by mistake so I resent it. Again a blank email response. I felt this was rude and disrespectful. I'm a big boy and could take if they didn't want my trade, but the no response thing was not cool. Maybe 2yrs. later I sent an email about a custom shop Gretsch. Since they are part of Fender I thought they may be able to help. In this case I receive no response at all. I seems a lot of people have had great experiences there, but this has been my experience. I've chased them about as far as I am willing. I wish them the best and Shawn as I said came across as a nice guy, but I have since bought 3 nice guitars and they did not come from Casino. I would rather support a local shop. There aren't many left, but a written response would have garnered more respect than a Blank email or no response at all. Just my experiece.

I have to be honest...Andrew needs a lot more training before he can call himself a piano tuner,…read moremover, repairer, etc. He spent hours at my home...hours doing absolutely nothing but taking apart my piano for a simple tuning and talking to himself. He did not correct any issues we had like a stuck key, and used an electric guitar tuner to tune only the middle portion of the piano. He didn't have the proper tools and wouldn't even know how to use them if he did. I beg anyone who looks up Andrew for piano services to please stay far away from him and his brother. I pray Andrew gets the training he needs if he is indeed interested in repairing, moving, and tuning pianos for a living. I just paid him because I felt bad for him.
