The company name was easy enough to remember so I when I finally got around to it I gave him a call. He was booked a few weeks out but got me on his schedule quickly. He showed up on my doorstep a few weeks later right on time. He got right to work. Diagnosed that one of the pedals was not working along with the piano was not at the right pitch. He worked hard and got everything completed in a timely fashion. He played a beautiful piece upon completion and off he went. He did not correct any issues we had like a stuck key, and used an electric guitar tuner to tune only the middle portion of the piano. He didn't have the proper tools and wouldn't even know how to use them if he did. I beg anyone who looks up Andrew for piano services to please stay far away from him and his brother. I pray Andrew gets the training he needs if he is indeed interested in repairing, moving, and tuning pianos for a living. I just paid him because I felt bad for him. Happily, Casino Guitars is like a great, large, lumbering dinosaur of goodness and virtue that bestrides the land like a Colossus of All That Is Still Right In This World. It is Camelot made real in the 21st century, located in the Sand Hills of North Carolina. Ensorcelled by their Youtube chemistry, I drove down to their shop, opened the door and there stood Jonathan, his beard resplendent in the store lighting, working diligently on the store computer. He looked up and said hello and I saw to it that he did not get one single solitary bit of work done for the next 60 to 90 minutes. I was curious about perhaps purchasing a Martin guitar and Jonathan basically walked me through the entire Martin product line, answering every question in a manner so direct and unencumbered with jargon that even a simple old codger such as myself could grasp the meaning of his words. Long story short (and there is much more to the story, oh gentle reader, much more indeed) I left with a solid mahogany Martin that will surely last for generations to come. Casino's mantra is "we want you to get the right guitar", and they did that in a manner that seemed to be effortless, and yet it spoke to the quality of the people who own the store and the people who labor there. They take joy in their work, and it is reflected in their words and deeds. I give them five stars because yelp will not let me give them many, many more. Take a chance and trust me on this: You MUST peregrinate to Casino Guitars at least once in your life. Your soul will thank you.

The point is, these workers never even speak to you if you walk in or help you unless you have a 3 piece suit on. They must associate clothing with money. Even though I own most of the Gibsons and Martins they have in the store. I've learned and spoke to others as well. I will NEVER buy a guitar or anything small to a pick from this store. Horrible customer service, and to be honest just disrespectful to people who would buy something from them.
