Christine Wright who is their Sales Specialist is very knowledgeable. If she doesn't have something, she will work hard to find it and will call me when she gets it. When purchasing a treadmill (because she knew me, my training style and the space in my home) she recommended the best treadmill. I love it and use it daily, when on days when I do run outside.
