They are long but move quickly. I timed my wait (no, I don't know why I'm like this) and found that, on a Sunday afternoon around the holidays, I only waited 12 minutes in total. This particular Nike Factory Store is just okay in our book. The sneaker selection is vast but we rarely find shoes that suit our liking. We usually have better luck with clothing; this past visit was no different. The staff is nice but you do have to flag them down if you need any help. The store is generally well maintained and stocked given the volume of traffic we usually see here. In general, this is a middle-of-the-road Nike Store - we have been to better as well as worse. I don't think it's worth making a trek out to this store unless you plan to hit up other stores at these outlets. There are always 2-for1 specials on tees so that's a consistent good deal. read more

What is happening with certain outlet retailers in today's society? Outlets used to be a place to go and purchase similar style clothing from the actual retailer at lower prices. Outlet malls all over America used to have discount prices on regular items that are either from a previous line or items that were over stocked. Nike, and this factory store in particular, illustrate that Nike and Nike Factory are two different brands. Things that are found at Nike.com are not available at the Nike Factory store and now it seems that there are clothes made that distinguish Nike from Nike Factory. Materials are cheaper and the styles are different at the factory store than found elsewhere. This factory store hardly carries flagship items, but primarily promotes "Nike Factory" items. What is up with that? I have been told specifically that if I want something from the Nike web-store, I have to purchase it there; furthermore, it is more than likely that the item will not be available, ever, at the Nike Factory store. This store is always chaotic and it seems as if there are just not enough helping hands when searching for something in particular. If you happen to get lucky and find something that is actually not made strictly for Nike Factory, it is often difficult to find correct sizes in clothing or shoes. The employees also push items onto people that they need them to buy to meet certain quotas or criteria set by the store. This is not always the best as it seems that the employees target selling some items over others. All in all, I'm not a fan of this store. Yes, it is convenient when you do find something, or when a return needs to be made in person. However, you shouldn't come here if you have something specific in mind to purchase. You will more than likely not find it and be forced to settle for something usually less exciting. read more

We come here a lot to find discounted sneakers and athletic wear for the family. They have a men's, women's, and kids' section so there's something for everyone. Clearance is in the back and is organized by size only. You'll really have to look to find something good or just have a good eye. Good deals will go quickly. While it can be a hit or miss, it's worth stopping by to see what they have. Depending on what's in stock, you may get lucky finding something in your size and style/color preference. Oftentimes there will be an extra discount on clearance items, allowing for even better savings. This store is big and even then it can feel crowded. Vanessa, the manager, was terribly rude and ruined my experience here. She was out of control with her snooty attitude and did not put the customer first. She wouldn't refund one of my items due to "store policy." The manager I had experience with for my previous return (Bob) was really kind and helpful. He took care of me and all went well. I guess Vanessa has her own store policy because Bob put the customer first. He is the only reason this review has 2 stars instead of 1. They have a lot of quality product, but the rep was rude at the counter. Before I could even pull up the coupon on the Tanger Outlet app for Nike l, she stated we don't participate with the app. What's the point of all those posters and brochures relating to the app if you don't take it. Stopped at this location the other day to pick up some shoes and workout gear as mine was starting to get a bit tattered and my shoes were falling apart. I'm not a big sneaker head so was really getting helped out by my friend who has more experience in picking out shoes and clothing. The sales associates throughout the store were incredibly friendly! The gentleman toward the back of the men's section checked in every few minutes to ask if I needed help, had any questions, or wanted to check stock on anything. He also reminded me if I was paying with my credit card he could ring me up where I was and wouldn't have to wait on the line. Great Service!! (The changing rooms were nice and clean too) I found everything I needed and it was a great experience. I didn't eventually decide to exchange some of what I purchased and stopped at the location in Oceanside since it was close to my house, and the poor service at that location really drove home how great the team at the Tanger Outlets really was. Great location at the deer park mall, plenty of free parking and a it situated along at the entrance of the mall. Walked in lots of clearance items from clothing to shoes something for everyone. Love coming here I always get amazing deals on sneakers. Very large Nike store with a great selection. I always end up leaving here with at least 1 to 2 pairs of sneakers along with some workout clothes I rather get them here at a discounted price then pay full price at the mall. Good amount of staff and the lines go quick. The only thing is if you need help you do have to ask someone. I never do need to ask anyone when I come here because I know my size and what I like and if I don't see it on the shelves then I know they mostly don't have it because it's a factory store. Surprisings decent. Bought 3 shoes for son, and yoga pants for my mom, came out to $110 after their promotional discount was applied. There was an additional 40% on my mom's pants, and the store promotion was $20 off if you spend $100 or more. Pretty good deal I would say. Somehow, I didn't even know this was here; maybe it's new or maybe I never noticed it because it's fairly secluded (far as malls go) and I go to malls with a purchase, if I go at all. It's your average outlet Nike with lively staff, some of whom I'd return to converse with about aforementioned body type dynamics as they strut around in their athletic gear showing me things I'm not genuinely interested in. As a "sneakerhead" it was so exciting for us to get a local Nike outlet store. There are quite a few gems here, if you take the time to look. Being that my shoe size is still GS, or Grade School, the picking can be slim; however, men can almost ALWAYS find great deals here on Jordan's, Foamposites & Lebron's. I am a part of different sneaker groups on Facebook and we oftentimes take trips to the Outlets to share the deals amongst ourselves.
