The structure was painted when first installed and paint was reapplied the second year. We were getting ready to paint this year when we noticed the rotting wood. The paint application looked good but just wanted to apply a new coat. I have made several attempts to contact this company and have received no response. I was told by a former salesperson for this company that this is typical for this company. I strongly encourage you not to buy your pergolas from this company. They do n ot stand behind their work and their products are inferior. The wood they use is air dried not kiln dried and that makes a big difference. Please do yur homework there are many there reputable people that you can buy from you do not need to waste your money with this outfit. Steve

Then we had windows & siding installed in our house, that was a total mess. They used a non licensed contractor (owner's brother-in-law & his brother) windows are more drafty than the ones they replaced. Installed in September of 2005? started complaining that December of drafts, they came out every winter after that assuring us the windows were installed correctly. Finally we had Unique come out to inspect, they found major problems. ABP's insurance settle for damages but not for installation problems, ABP finally settled for a minor amount of what we paid in 2015 saying we had use of the windows all that time, even though we complained every year. The siding was installed from the top down instead of the bottom up, there is no starter plate on the bottom, owner said "if you look at your neighbor's siding you will see the same thing" WRONG!!! The main problem I have with this company other than the above is that the owner's are friends of my parents & if they can treat us this way how will they treat others.

It is now 6/10/22 and the owner will not return my calls, the work has been poor and there is no completion in site. I have called, texted, emailed with no response. I hate that it comes to posting bad reviews, but I don't want anyone to endure the same experience - all I want is to have my pool completed.

Should be zero stars. Unfortunately I would like to say…read moregood things about my experience but here is the run down so you were warned. I hired them to lay a stamped concrete patio. First Carlos makes very little effort to communicate anything of what is happening many times he or his workers would leave and I would not hear or see any further work done for days. I would have to call him to get vague answers. The cement work held up nicely for about 8 months and then see picture I notice a huge crack to which I called Carlos multiple times and texted him the picture. He eventually said he would send someone to fill it in but that was almost 2 months ago and nobody has called or tried to do this (so much for his 1 year warranty).. Since then I have notice sizable cracks in a lot of my grout lines so more future problems to come. My guess is they didn't use enough gravel under the concrete. They also scratched my house a lot around the concrete work, just careless work and it clearly shows in less then a year. I wouldn't recommend Carlos or his workers to anyone. He might be a little cheaper then some but you probably will regret it.

I signed a contract with them in May 2021. They didn't start work until July 22nd. But we were told that work will begin ten weeks after the contract was signed. On the positive side they did a great job - our new stamped patio is exactly what we hoped for. The issues: 1. Lack of communications - we had to continually text them to find out when things, such as tearing out our patio, pouring the new patio, and sealing the new patio - were going to get done. For the most part it took several days before they answered, if they answered at all. 2. Once they stamped the patio they left the stamps in the backyard instead of returning them to the driveway. The stamps would have destroyed the grass if left there overnight. My wife and I, along with a neighbor, moved them to the driveway. It was after 8pm. Communications is key! I would love to have given them a Five Star recommendation if it was not for the lack of good customer communications.
