I have continuously reported staff for abuse against my child. The principal Mrs. Walker will not allow me to speak with the staff members who have physically harmed my child as I would definitely cause them harm. New story, my son was assaulted at the school on their last day before winter break, it was reported, and somehow got around to me. I called the school and requested information as I was at work and my husband out of town. I received a call back from the assistant principal, who said that my son and I were lying. When I asked why he had a long scratch on his face, the assistant principal said she had didn't know what I was talking about and asked how I knew this information. I told her my son had a big red cut along the side of his face and was bleeding, which is why he was sent to the nurses office. She said she didn't see anything, then said it could've happened elsewhere. All in all, I got no answers. I will continue to push this forward and hopefully the district finally listens. I have photos and emails of the reports as I always keep receipts.

She is now raising her own kids, and I have the pleasure in assisting her. From the day my first Grandson, was in Transitional Kindergarten, to present, has been a positive experience. He is now 3rd grade. He has had the fortune to have had Mrs. Faye, Mrs. Hansen, Mrs. Rain, (sp) Mrs Esquival, and now Mrs. Skeens. I have only positive things to say about this Murrieta school. My second Grandson, has Mrs. Airebear. Every body loves Mrs. Airebear!!! Especially my Grandson! I would especially like to Thank Leslie and Jaqui in the office for every single time we walk through their doors. They are helpful and very professional in all they do for our kids. Whether I call them on the phone, or present myself in person, great staff in the office holding this school together! Last but not least, I haven't met him in person, but, I have watched this man from the drive up lanes, from the parking lot, walking through the halls, at award ceremonies, flag days, jogathons, picking up and dropping off day to day, and he just stuns the life out of me. He is genuine and sincere about keeping our kids safe. He is Alta's Principal. Mr. Cooley, I hope I spelled your name correctly. You rock! My Grandsons and my family, say Thank You, for keeping them safe. Greatest school in Murrieta! You will not be disappointed. I am shocked that more parents have not reviewed this school. After all, our children spend over half their lives here. 20 million stars for ALTA Murrieta Elementary!

Ms. Caldwell and Mr. Coley have always gone above and beyond, with all the students they see on a daily basis they somehow manage to personally greet my kiddo and the fact that they are so invested in the kids here really shows. This school is safe, fun, and staffed with amazing teachers. We are so grateful for all the staff here who make this school the great place that it is.

(Chunk Bunk for short) I can't believe she retired and I was so disheartened and disappointed to hear she has retired as of last year. I heard the news from my kiddo Rebecca Jones, 8th grade. Never will there be another one like Cheryl Baber Thompson and I hope Madam Turk can fulfill her duty as the greatest and biggest teacher at Shivela so far. (No pun intended am I right Crystal?) My kids have had fun times here and my last daughter is leaving this year. I'll miss what my kids call "Papa Hamm" or "Big Brett BARTlett." Some may even call the assistant principal Mr. Brown the "Boot Duster Brown" as in he dusts boots. No idea what that means. We love Mr. Brown in this household. Anyways, thanks mama bear Cheryl for all you did. I'll miss you and your pigtails that showed your scalp and made my kids want to "throw up." Their words, not mine. Love and wishes!

Like, for example, as even Brent B. has said, the school has some sort of balding disease. This school has horrible staff and has the kids becoming zesty. Yesterday at the school, I heard a kid say how he loves Papa Ham... unacceptable! I would rather watch Madame Web, Lesbian Space Princess, and Dean Witherspoon than send another one of my five middle children to this school. I will now provide a list of things I HATE about this school. 1. The teachers 2. The staff 3. The zesty kids 4. The ground 5. The trees As we see, EVERYTHING here is horrible. The S.S. teacher, Mr. Vancoochies or whatever, is saddening to watch and makes me want to look like Brent B. And now kids are getting freaky here... and yes, that is actually true! Some will call this slander or overdramatized, but I would rather goon with sandpaper than go here once more. Honestly, flat-earthers are better. MY good friend Brent B. had become totally EMO from this school... I rank this, if I could, -10/10 stars; WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The teachers, like Ms. Doona and Ms. Lauren, are beyond wonderful - they're patient and caring. The place is a kid's dream school. Not only do they have four playgrounds that keep things exciting, but the kids also get to ride ponies, brush goats, and pet piglets! They also have some sandpits. You might find your child's clothes a bit messy at pickup, but the joy and laughter on their faces are so worth it! What's really cool is the monthly photo thing they do. I was told that by the time your kiddo graduates, you get this adorable album of all their preschool memories. My kid loves this place. My child experienced relentless bullying while attending this school, and it had a devastating impact on her mental health. When she reached out to the principal and counselors for help, she was dismissed instead of supported. No child should ever be felt this way under any circumstance but maybe that's just what I think for all I know. The academics were just as disappointing. Instead of providing engaging instruction, many classes consisted of students watching YouTube videos that still left all the kids confused. My child left this school feeling unprepared academically and emotionally. The trauma my daughter experienced here is something our family is still dealing with. She is now in middle school, and she has repeatedly said she would never want anyone else to go through what she experienced at this school. Based on our experience, I strongly urge parents to look elsewhere. No school is perfect, but this was indeed the worst experience our family has ever had. Please do your research before enrolling your child I would not recommend this school to anyone.
