You might find your child's clothes a bit messy at pickup, but the joy and laughter on their faces are so worth it! What's really cool is the monthly photo thing they do. I was told that by the time your kiddo graduates, you get this adorable album of all their preschool memories. My kid loves this place. Sometimes she even wants to stay longer when I pick her up early.

A Truly Special Daycare - A Blessing for Our Family…read more Our two children (ages 2 and 4) have been attending Mrs. Kiza's daycare for some time now, and we can honestly say she has been a true blessing to our family. From the moment we met her, it was clear how deeply she cares for each child. Our son began with limited speech, and within just a few months under Mrs. Kiza's care and encouragement, he was speaking with confidence. Our daughter has flourished as well--family and friends are constantly amazed by her vocabulary and how expressive she is for her age. One of the biggest signs of how much our kids love being there? The daily struggle at pickup time! They never want to leave, often kicking and screaming because they've had such a great day. Even at home, they can't stop talking about Mrs. Kiza and their experiences at daycare. Before finding her, we had tried a larger daycare, but it was a completely different experience. Our son was often sick and didn't receive the attention he needed--he was just a number. With Mrs. Kiza, every child is loved and seen. She even checks in after hours or when the kids miss a day to make sure they're doing okay. That kind of care and thoughtfulness is rare. As a mom with high anxiety, it means the world to me to have someone I trust so completely. Mrs. Kiza puts my mind at ease every day. If your kids don't want to leave at pickup time, that's the best sign that something truly special is happening. She is a Godsend and loves our babies just like we do.

My review is specifically being written for awareness towards current families also future families…read moreconsidering ABC Learning Childcare. Perspective: My children were enrolled a total of 9 months. During which time COVID policy did not allow for parents to shadow or understand how a typical day is run through free play, instruction and curriculum. This policy had always upset me considering my oldest is 2 and youngest 5+ months during the time of enrollment. I will separate my personal opinion and a more constructive business oriented review to ensure as much transparency as possible. Personal Review: Specific to the general well being and care for my children, Mrs. Kiza treated my daughters with love respect. Business Review: For the first initial 3-4 months I did not worry about the health and safety of my children. However it was not until about the 4 month mark when things started to change. We were notified about my youngest daughter having sweaty palms - to which Mrs. Kiza inferred it is related to a heart condition and that we should have her checked by her pediatrician. In my opinion, this should never have been said let alone warranted. It's not like she is a doctor. Another setback seemed to be a repetitive theme of negativity when mom and dad were picking up children from school and Mrs. Kiza seemed to focus on bad behaviors rather then providing even some small wins throughout the day. It just seemed negative. We understand that the toddler stage is rough, and I'm not naive to think my kids are any different. However, small wins and positivity can go much further then focusing on the negatives. I was also highly discouraged when I discovered much older children were also present and parents were not given awareness or notified on the possibility of older and younger children being social with one another. My perspective for this is that 5-6grader (boys) should not be near a two year old or younger for that matter. We were told that the two co-horts were separated, however I will never know for certain. Lastly, and most importantly, for which I'm writing this review; ABC Learning is in breach of contract. At anytime, current parents while thinking they have childcare service secured, could be terminated at a moments notice. We were given 10 days notice that we were being asked to find alternative means of childcare. We asked if it was health related or behavioral and we were told that it was neither. Therefore, this was a PERSONAL decision made by Mrs. Kiza which affected my family, and as a result the need to write my review. I hope to bring awareness for the other families to consider since red flags like this is important to understand context especially when children are being displaced and impacted. Please consider this as an for example for potential families looking to explore childcare services provided by ABC Childcare.

It isn't just a "play based" pre school. After my oldest spent her Pre-School years in the aforementioned "play based" pre-school (still horrified that this was concealed from us until our last parent teacher conf) we were left with about 7 months of crash course to prepare for kindergarten. Not only did she catch up but is doing awesome at kindergarten because of the time she had at Promise. I cant praise them enough! The fact that they help instill the same Christian values that I believe in is just a bonus to the educational assistance they are giving to children in preparation for kindergarten...which they actually offer in addition to the pre-school classes.

One thing I appreciate most is how welcoming and friendly the staff is overall. I've had a lot of interaction with Miss Michelle, the director, and she's always warm and present. She greets families in the morning, says goodbye at the end of the day, and genuinely interacts with the children. The kids love her, especially when she brings out fun little toys or prizes at pickup time. It creates such a positive environment. Miss R is also incredibly kind and bubbly. She's one of the first people you see in the morning and one of the last people you speak to before leaving, and it's always nice having someone so pleasant to chat with. I don't get a ton of face-to-face time with my children's teachers during drop-off & pick up because they're usually already inside the classrooms, but my kids absolutely adore them. They constantly come home talking about their teachers in such a positive way. I'll hear things like, "Miss Sandra helped me with this," or "Miss Sandra helped me solve a problem today." Hearing those stories makes me feel very comfortable and safe leaving my children there because I know they're being cared for with patience and kindness. I also appreciate how clean the school is. One thing I personally love is that they don't use sand in the play areas. As a parent of young children with textured hair, not having to wash sand out every single day is honestly a huge plus. The school uses a digital app to keep parents updated throughout the day. While I do wish the app was a little more detailed, it still gives me a good idea of my children's daily routine, like meal times, naps, and activities. Another thing I really appreciate is that all of my children's schoolwork comes home weekly. It allows me to actually see their progress; whether it's coloring, writing letters, or other developmental skills and helps me understand where I can continue helping them at home. Each classroom also has a monthly itinerary explaining what the children will be learning and focusing on. Whether it's science, math, or another subject, it's always very clear. I love that because it helps me stay involved and continue reinforcing those lessons at home. I also think it's really sweet how the school celebrates holidays and includes parents in activities. Things like making Mother's Day or Father's Day crafts, writing letters to Santa, or doing art projects together create really special memories for families. Overall, Children's Lighthouse has felt clean, safe, friendly, and structured. Most importantly, my kids are happy there and are genuinely learning, and that gives me a lot of peace as a parent.

Sorry for making you hit your button to simply unlock the door for information. I visited other schools and found some other really nice options what won't harm my child's wellbeing. If your kid is currently enrolled here, get them out before it's too late! The animosity here isn't normal for preschools.

He has grown so much during his time here--not only developmentally, but socially as well. Right now he's in TK, and I absolutely adore Ms. Lena and Ms. Jenn. They have taught Isaiah more than I could have ever imagined. His writing, language, and hand-eye coordination have improved immensely. But beyond that, they truly care for these kids. My son constantly raves about his teachers. I also want to give credit where credit is absolutely due. Thank you so much to Ms. Sara, Ms. Bree, and Ms. Mal for being such a big part of my son's journey at Kiddie Academy. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

Enrolled my oldest here for preschool two years ago and she absolutely loved it. It really helped her open up socially. So when it came time for my younger daughter to start preschool I had no hesitation of bringing her here, in fact I told my husband I couldn't imagine her going anywhere else. The director, Brandi, is extremely helpful, and personable. The whole staff has been nothing but incredibly nurturing to my two little ones. The cherry on top is the very reasonable pricing and convenient location. Highly recommend! read more

I would not waste my time or my kids time with this school. My child went there for a while and never came home happy. A few teachers are very good but the Director is unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. She talks about the kids who are enrolled there in such a negative way to other parents, she tells parents how other parents parent in a negative way, She breaches all confidentiality laws, uses bad language, and has no business in this line of work. read more

My son has been going here for a couple of years and I am happy that I picked Murrieta University. The teachers are great. My son loves it here. I would recommend this place to family and friends. They create a fun, loving, and educational atmosphere. The teachers are involved in the daily activities with the children. My son goes here and has since he was two (now four). The staff is very friendly and and they provide structure for kids to experience other kids and activities. things are organized and regular which helps. Brandy is very nice and has been EXTREMELY accommodating, she is a good person and always has a smile on her face. I appreciate their security and location. read more

Their outdoor playground has lots of space and is great for kids to play. The classrooms are set up very nicely by Montessori curriculum and everything feels very secure. I was impressed with the security level they maintain and the communication with parents that they foster. My kids love to go to school every morning, I feel confident and grateful knowing my kids are in such good hands. No school nurse, though they…read morewill conduct physical exams on your children without your knowledge, presence or permission. Be aware- THEY DO NOT HAVE WEEKEND OR AFTER HOURS CARE LIKE THEY ADVERTISE. On your tour, note the green snot dripping out of every child's nose. Caretakers do not wipe noses, sanitize hands or sanitize the toys and surfaces in the room. Hand foot and mouth, lice, and respiratory infections are running rampant at this center due to poor sanitation standards. The building has been next to a lake for over twenty years and is likely riddled with mold. However, the holiday decorations seem to be of the most importance. You will often see your child's teacher scraping paint off the windows, rather than engaging with your child. Try and see past the glitz and glamour and watch for signs of neglect. Request without notice to watch your child's potential classroom, or current room, on the video cameras available to the staff only. They charge for Christmas and New Years weeks when they are closed. They close an average two days per month and charge you for them leaving you without care for your child. Other additional charges: Late payment fee, missed punch fee, late pickup fee, staff development days (tuition collected, school closed), activity fees, "donations" that are charged to your account for their tax deductions. Teachers arrive late, do not show up at all, or are called off to condense rooms together to save on payroll. Children are often not with "their" teacher and ratios exceed the legal limits. Employee cards and parent punches are later adjusted by staff to appear within the law. I was late to work a dozen times to work because there was not adequate care at drop off in the mornings. Just an empty room. I requested a credit on my child's account and was screamed at on speaker phone in the office at drop off by the owner Angelina Anton, far from an Angel, "no, and your family is no longer a fit for our center, you need to leave now". That's how they handled opportunities to improve, they remove them. If you're looking for a Christ centered Daycare, this is not it. They play Christian music and lie to your face. These folks are doing dark work. ..they advertise a ratio of 1:4 for toddlers and most days the ratio is 1:12 or more! Twelve toddlers for one person to feed, change diapers, supervise on a playground, and give individual attention to. Most teachers are there because they receive free or discounted care for their own children, who are prioritized whilst paying children are neglected. At both locations my child was neglected for an entire eight hour day, as an infant, and a toddler. No diaper change, no food, no water. The staff, including both Directors and assistant directors take zero accountability for their mistakes, because they don't want to be sued. The first week my infant was at this center, he was not strapped into his high chair and fell down three feet on to his head. I was not called, he was not taken to urgent care for possible brain bleed. Pediatrician confirmed he was injured, school changed their story multiple times to avoid accountability. This place is great if you don't care about your child's well-being. The adults who attended this center as a child twenty years ago, refuse to enroll their own children here. That speaks volumes.

We were very worried, as our daughter was used to being at home and having 1:1 care. Pathways has done an excellent job communicating with us throughout the day, sending us photos, they update us on what she's doing and eating- a dream for a helicopter parent like myself! They have helped our daughter grow in making friends and assisting with potty training, and we have noticed big improvements in her speech in just a few months. A Truly Special Daycare - A Blessing for Our Family…read more Our two children (ages 2 and 4) have been attending Mrs. Kiza's daycare for some time now, and we can honestly say she has been a true blessing to our family. From the moment we met her, it was clear how deeply she cares for each child. Our son began with limited speech, and within just a few months under Mrs. Kiza's care and encouragement, he was speaking with confidence. Our daughter has flourished as well--family and friends are constantly amazed by her vocabulary and how expressive she is for her age. One of the biggest signs of how much our kids love being there? The daily struggle at pickup time! They never want to leave, often kicking and screaming because they've had such a great day. Even at home, they can't stop talking about Mrs. Kiza and their experiences at daycare. Before finding her, we had tried a larger daycare, but it was a completely different experience. Our son was often sick and didn't receive the attention he needed--he was just a number. With Mrs. Kiza, every child is loved and seen. She even checks in after hours or when the kids miss a day to make sure they're doing okay. That kind of care and thoughtfulness is rare. As a mom with high anxiety, it means the world to me to have someone I trust so completely. Mrs. Kiza puts my mind at ease every day. If your kids don't want to leave at pickup time, that's the best sign that something truly special is happening. She is a Godsend and loves our babies just like we do.

Perspective: My children were enrolled a total of 9 months. During which time COVID policy did not allow for parents to shadow or understand how a typical day is run through free play, instruction and curriculum. This policy had always upset me considering my oldest is 2 and youngest 5+ months during the time of enrollment. I will separate my personal opinion and a more constructive business oriented review to ensure as much transparency as possible. Personal Review: Specific to the general well being and care for my children, Mrs. Kiza treated my daughters with love respect. Business Review: For the first initial 3-4 months I did not worry about the health and safety of my children. However it was not until about the 4 month mark when things started to change. We were notified about my youngest daughter having sweaty palms - to which Mrs. Kiza inferred it is related to a heart condition and that we should have her checked by her pediatrician. In my opinion, this should never have been said let alone warranted. It's not like she is a doctor. Another setback seemed to be a repetitive theme of negativity when mom and dad were picking up children from school and Mrs. Kiza seemed to focus on bad behaviors rather then providing even some small wins throughout the day. It just seemed negative. We understand that the toddler stage is rough, and I'm not naive to think my kids are any different. However, small wins and positivity can go much further then focusing on the negatives. I was also highly discouraged when I discovered much older children were also present and parents were not given awareness or notified on the possibility of older and younger children being social with one another. My perspective for this is that 5-6grader (boys) should not be near a two year old or younger for that matter. We were told that the two co-horts were separated, however I will never know for certain. Lastly, and most importantly, for which I'm writing this review; ABC Learning is in breach of contract. At anytime, current parents while thinking they have childcare service secured, could be terminated at a moments notice. We were given 10 days notice that we were being asked to find alternative means of childcare. We asked if it was health related or behavioral and we were told that it was neither. Therefore, this was a PERSONAL decision made by Mrs. Kiza which affected my family, and as a result the need to write my review. I hope to bring awareness for the other families to consider since red flags like this is important to understand context especially when children are being displaced and impacted. Please consider this as an for example for potential families looking to explore childcare services provided by ABC Childcare.
