They have two facilities my grandchildren have gone to both since birth,they now go to village and the people are so nice and friendly there

$5 million a year this place rakes in. No cameras. No security guards. No school nurse, though they will conduct physical exams on your children without your knowledge, presence or permission. Be aware- THEY DO NOT HAVE WEEKEND OR AFTER HOURS CARE LIKE THEY ADVERTISE. On your tour, note the green snot dripping out of every child's nose. Caretakers do not wipe noses, sanitize hands or sanitize the toys and surfaces in the room. Hand foot and mouth, lice, and respiratory infections are running rampant at this center due to poor sanitation standards. The building has been next to a lake for over twenty years and is likely riddled with mold. However, the holiday decorations seem to be of the most importance. You will often see your child's teacher scraping paint off the windows, rather than engaging with your child. Try and see past the glitz and glamour and watch for signs of neglect. Request without notice to watch your child's potential classroom, or current room, on the video cameras available to the staff only. They charge for Christmas and New Years weeks when they are closed. They close an average two days per month and charge you for them leaving you without care for your child. Other additional charges: Late payment fee, missed punch fee, late pickup fee, staff development days (tuition collected, school closed), activity fees, "donations" that are charged to your account for their tax deductions. Teachers arrive late, do not show up at all, or are called off to condense rooms together to save on payroll. Children are often not with "their" teacher and ratios exceed the legal limits. Employee cards and parent punches are later adjusted by staff to appear within the law. I was late to work a dozen times to work because there was not adequate care at drop off in the mornings. Just an empty room. I requested a credit on my child's account and was screamed at on speaker phone in the office at drop off by the owner Angelina Anton, far from an Angel, "no, and your family is no longer a fit for our center, you need to leave now". That's how they handled opportunities to improve, they remove them. If you're looking for a Christ centered Daycare, this is not it. They play Christian music and lie to your face. These folks are doing dark work. ..they advertise a ratio of 1:4 for toddlers and most days the ratio is 1:12 or more! Twelve toddlers for one person to feed, change diapers, supervise on a playground, and give individual attention to. Most teachers are there because they receive free or discounted care for their own children, who are prioritized whilst paying children are neglected. At both locations my child was neglected for an entire eight hour day, as an infant, and a toddler. No diaper change, no food, no water. The staff, including both Directors and assistant directors take zero accountability for their mistakes, because they don't want to be sued. The first week my infant was at this center, he was not strapped into his high chair and fell down three feet on to his head. I was not called, he was not taken to urgent care for possible brain bleed. Pediatrician confirmed he was injured, school changed their story multiple times to avoid accountability. This place is great if you don't care about your child's well-being. The adults who attended this center as a child twenty years ago, refuse to enroll their own children here. Honestly I don't trust most places with my girls care but ABC makes It so easy to trust that she's being taken care of while making learning fun! We have spent the last three years with our ABC family and I couldn't recommend any other place more! We love ABC! My daughter is now in TK but started here at 2 years old. In that time, she has really blossomed socially and emotionally. We feel so lucky to have found ABC- they are the absolute best! Every teacher and administrator feels like family. The hours are so flexible for working parents and they do so many fun activities each week to make it fun and special for the kids! We absolutely LOVE ABC for our son... he's been enrolled since he was almost 1 and it's very obvious how much this school has helped him develop... his teachers all absolutely love him, and he has really grown and learned so much here. Yes, it's expensive and I complained at first, but once I broke it down to a daily and hourly basis, it's totally worth it and I wouldn't have it any other way for him... all of the staff is amazing and super friendly, their weekly and monthly events are top notch and it makes sense why there's a wait list to get in here... read more

My last review was a few years ago so I wanted to update it for the new year. My son, now 10, still goes to ABC for their Kids Kamp program during summer breaks and loves his time there. He's made good friends and is always well cared for by the staff. My daughter has been attending since she was an infant and is now in the full day Kindergarten program. She has already exceeded our expectations in terms of academic development and will be more than prepared to start first grade in the fall. I cannot say enough good things about ABC Village and the ownership/staff. read more

I can't say enough good things about ABC Village! I looked at several daycare options in the area, and I just couldn't find any other place that felt as special as ABC. We have been at ABC for a little over a month now. My daughter has never been in a daycare setting and wasn't handling it to well but is starting to have great days thanks to her teachers. The teachers are so patient and helpful with her needs. They give me daily updates and suggestions. To address the negative comment on extra fees...it is $5/mo for AMAZING performances and events that are for the children. They were up front with us about the fee and gave examples of all the super fun events which has taken place multiple times in the 5 weeks we have attended ABC. I love ABC Preschool!!! I went here as a child and now my 5 month old baby is enrolled. I love the attention they give to each and every child. All the events they host for us parents to be involved is truly an amazing gift!!! They take great care of the kids and all the activities they provide for them helps them learn so much!!!! I can tell my baby is so happy when I drop her off everyday. She's grown relationships with the teacher's in her classroom and it makes me feel at ease to leave her in their care. So I'm pretty sure Yelp needs to provide the option for 6 stars because that's what this school deserves! We were first introduced to this school a few years ago through friends and have fallen in love with it ever since. My son who is school-age now, regularly attends the Kids Kamp program and dreads going back to school because of the awesome summers he has here. This past summer his teachers were Ms. Shannon & Ms. Natalie who he fell in love with, they are so fun and were able to keep up with his larger than life personality! I love the different events that are brought to the school like the bagpiper, mariachi band, and Polynesian dancers. As we are a mixed & ethnic family ourselves, I adore that school exposes the kids to cultural awareness & diversity and teaches them how to appreciate the differences among their friends. Last week I attended the annual Spaghetti Dinner, where they celebrate and honor the families at the school. It was so much fun. Seriously who doesn't love free spaghetti?! My family also got to take a picture at a photo booth that was decorated with an Italian theme. I love these memories. I'm going to be devastated when my child gets older and can't attend ABC anymore :( If you're looking for a quality center where your kids can thrive, I highly recommend you check out this school! read more

I enrolled my 13 month old son in ABC a few months ago. I was very impressed with the staff when he first started. Everyone was very helpful initially, but soon after he started, I realized things were not run very well. For example, they called me one day to pick him up because he was running a fever. I get to the daycare and go to the sick room to get him and there was a binky in his mouth that was not his. The lady holding him had no explanation. I got a call the next day from his teacher to let me know that "they have extras" and she assured me it was a "clean one", so I let it go. Strike 1. Not one week later, I was grabbing his sippy cups to take them home to wash and the lid had been switched out with one that was not his. Strike 2. Soon after that, I got him home and changed his diaper and he was in a diaper that was not his. I checked the paper from the day before and there was no indication that he was out of diapers. I asked about it the next day and the teacher said that he had plenty of diapers and was not sure what had happened. (Side note - my son has very sensitive skin and wears a certain brand because of this). That same day when I picked him up, he again was in a diaper that was not his. Strike 3. On top of the lack of attention to detail, my son was always in tears when I dropped him off and picked him up. He was only enrolled for 6 weeks and had 4-5 injury reports that I had to sign off on in that short period of time. When I informed the front office that I would be withdrawing him, they made no effort to ask why or remedy the situation. Overall, I would not recommend this particular establishment. read more

Living in beautiful Harveston Community you will find this clean and friendly child care/preschool in the neighborhood. The ABC staff is very helpful and family oriented. Once you walk in, your greeted with a welcome smile and a hello, the same when you leave the facility. The teachers are nice and friendly. My daughter loves the teachers there along with the staff. The rooms are clean and at least not smelly with lots of entertaining stuff for the kids. There are cameras installed in each room so you can observe anytime upon request in one of the front offices. They even care for your little sick ones in the Chicken Soup Room when needed. The childcare/preschool cost is very high here. Always remember to check in/out your kids or you will be fined. Also, remember to pick them up on time or you will be fined. Even if the facility is closed for the holidays or some special days, you will not get reimburse for those days closed. When you take your kids out of care to go on vacation, you are only allowed 2 weeks off without paying the tuition. Anything more you will need to pay for that week off or you will need to take your child out of care and enroll your child back with another enrollment fee. read more

I am amazed to see so many negative reviews!! Our daughter went to ABC from when she was 6 months old to almost 4 yrs old.. The reason we left was we moved out of town. Inspite of of moving to a BIG city and visiting 15 daycares, I havent found any place that even comes close to the warmth and nurturing that my daughter got at ABC. It was always like dropping her off with family. The teachers were so awesome and always took the time to talk and tell you how she was doing. They were so creative with art and crafts and also their monthly themes and activities are awesome! I am so so sad to have moved away. Yes my daughter came home a few times in other kids clothing (which was put by a substitute teacher) or once in backward underwear (that she wore by herself) but come on, that doesnt mean I disregard all the wonderful things that the teachers and school has done for us! read more

I was absolutely in love with this center when my child first started. The teachers were awesome, my child wanted to go to school, and my child was learning so much! But within the last 6 months, I am starting to see a different side. The turnover in the two's classrooms is so high! I'll come in, be introduced to a new teacher, and then the next day that teacher is gone. Ms. Tyler, one of my favorite teachers EVER also left! She made such great strides with the children and the classroom was so home-y. And now that she has left, I feel that her classroom isn't the same. One teacher looks like she doesn't want to be there, while the other looks stressed. Every time I'm in there, there is one specific child who is constantly pushing, hitting, biting or kicking another child. The teachers don't know what to do with this child, because he doesn't listen. It's not the teacher's fault! I've seen them do all that they can. I used to love the appearance of the classroom. But now, I see the teachers spend so much time on the boards making it pretty, that they aren't spending enough time supervising the children. Some of the twos teachers are amazing, Ms. Rachel, Ms. Ana, and Ms. Tyler, when she was there. But the others, either look like they don't want to be there or that they are too good to be there. I don't know how much longer my child will stay at ABC, and I've actively started looking for other centers who provide a better caring atmosphere. read more

I just wanted to do an updated review because this community needs to know that ABC goes above and beyond for their families. It's so much more than just a day care facility. The other day we had a family-friend emergency and when I showed up for school drop off, I realized it was Princess Day. Now while I realize "Princess day" isn't important in the grand scheme of life, it was important to my daughter. The staff at ABC found a princess dress from their play stuff so my daughter could participate in the activity the way she would have, had we remembered. Then they even got pictures of my sweet girl with the princess that she was dressed up as. Sometimes it's just the little things like this, that make the biggest difference in your child's day! And it makes my momma heart so full, knowing that ABC not only loves my baby so much, but they help support their families as well! read more

My son was going here for about a year. everybody was great as far as staff... the accounting on the other hand was horrible. I received a huge amount that I had to owe after my son already going there for about 6-9 months. After not receiving any weekly bills from them, instead they let them accumulate. This hasn't happened to just me its happened to others that I've known that have came here before as well. Every bill I received was different amounts. The last bill I received was a huge amount over then what they told me a month ago. After I called to see what was going on they fixed it, but if it was anybody else that didn't check their work they would of gained extra money they weren't supposed to receive. My little's (Kaitlyn 3 and Jaxson 5) attended ABC Village Childcare in Temecula CA for about 1 year. WE SIMPLY LOVE ABC! During our time there, my little's looked forward to daycare every day. They quickly established trusting relationships with their teachers and fellow classmates. ABC offers a fun and challenging curriculum, group activates, art projects, and lots of outside play time. I feel like they have found the most perfect balance for children to thrive. We are now leaving due to my son being diagnosed with autisms (spectrum) and we are heartbroken to be moving from ABC but we know that their assistance and willingness to work with him has helped him tremendously in preparing for Kindergarten in public school (special program). I would highly recommend ABC to parents who are looking for a family oriented, loving, safe, reliable and clean environment for their little's. read more

The worst day care ever. Very pricey, however for the price they do not take good care of the kids. When I went to pickup my daughter she was laying on the floor at the play ground with teachers standing there looking at her. Her teacher Gladys is the worst. She will put my daughter's jacket backwards so she doesn't remove it instead of teaching her to not remove it. My experience was pretty bad. My daughter always looks lost and sad when I drop her off. My daughter has been attending for a little over a month now and I have got to tell you I am so in love with this Day Care! I have never felt so happy for my little one to know she is growing and learning in such a caring environment. You get all the good vibes here its contagious :)! I am impressed with the weekly/monthly activities the kiddos get to enjoy! I feel like it is so interactive and hands on! As a parent you can be stressed out in finding the perfect spot and I don't have one doubt that this is the perfect spot for my little one! She comes home happy everyday which makes me happy! Staff are always kind and they are very approachable when you have questions. Well what can I say after only being part of Abc for only 1 month! First and formal, Sean accounts manger aka Angel's (supervisor)/ husband is Sean and was very unprofessional, rude, no morals or respect when it comes to customer service. In 2 occasions, I was accused of my account being past due, and had the nerve to humiliate me in front of staff and parents, he treated me as if I was a child and didn't comprehend !!! He is a JERK!!!.. To top it off they had posted it under another child and didn't even apologize, I feel like he is descriminating because I am under the grant program. He also had the nerve to tell me if I was unhappy then to get my kid and go somewhere else!!! I immediately took my child out and will no longer be going there... For those parents. Who are under the grant or paying cash, please make sure you are being charged properly and save receipts. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because. Mrs. Marylin is an excellent Teacher and cares about the kids. Other than that I would not recommend it at all.....oh I also spoke with the director/ owner Malinda Margiotta, also know as Angel's mother which only said " I apologize, I will speak with Sean " her son in law......sure she will. ABC is such an incredible program. Our 2 daughters have been going since they were both 3mos old - now they are 2 and 4 and it's like a second family for them. Everyone from the front desk, teachers and staff are amazing people who truly enjoy working with children. I really wish they would open an elementary school so my girls could continue their education with the ABC program :). read more

I can't say enough about this school!!! My son left another preschool previously because of issues with the staff and I was hesitant for any new school. From the very second I walked into the building I knew I had found my kids school. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Took me on a tour and introduced me to the teachers and the classrooms. The place is amazing and the teachers are so attentive and entertaining. They have events usually weekly for the kids ranging from pony pictures to jumpers for the kids to play in. My son has never been happier to get up and go to school every morning. He finally has real attachments to his teacher and the other students, and he's learning new things everyday! So I'm updating my review because this place is becoming a serious money trap. When you get sign up, you feel as though this school is comparable to other daycares with more bang for your buck. Unfortunately that is not the case. Every year you are charged an annual registration fee-my child has been there less than 6 month and we've already paid twice. As stated previously, there is $5 charge for every even they hold, which when explained to you they tell you that you will be charged once a month. Since I've paid twice to have him enrolled this year, my child will finish the year out, but I'll definitely be bailing soon. Hopefully we can afford the holiday months here. read more
