He wanted a follow-up MRI to get more detail to determine what the problem was and when I asked if I could have it done closer to home (1.5 hr drive to his office), he readily agreed and said he'd call me with the results so that I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to Mount Pleasant. Very nice. The receptionist however is another story. Every interaction I've had with her has been negative, as she's been rude , dismissive and condescending. As a patient with a history of cancer, anxiety and depression, and now dealing with an anomaly spotted in a brain scan, the last thing I want to have to deal with in the doctor's office is a bad attitude from a receptionist.

I used a holistic approach that included establishing very strong relationships with their teachers , resource teachers, pediatrician and neurologist. They have all become family to me. Even though there has been a short periods of time when the Network Neurology practice was going through a turbulent time, I chose to continue to stay the course. and maintain or believe in Dr. Turner and his brain mapping methods. After several weeks of not hearing anything, I called myself to try and get someone to call and schedule the appointment. Never heard anything. I even went back to the original eye doctor who referred my husband to your clinic, to resend over the referral, hoping to spark your clinic to follow-up on this appointment being scheduled.
