The receptionists here are great and super friendly and helpful. Dr Nicolette was very warm and friendly as well. Took time to actually talk with me as a new patient and seemed interested in developing a relationship beyond just this visit. When an issue with the bill, the staff here actually worked with me to get that changed so that my visit would have been covered by my insurance. There's no way a Dr with one of the big hospitals in the area would have cared enough to do that. I don't actually go to the doctor much, as I'm (luckily) a pretty person. But I've actually been back to Dr Nicolette this year for a back issue and he displayed the same warmth and caring as he did my first visit. Anyway, I just wanted to write a positive review for the guy because I think he deserves all the praise he can get.

All of the healthcare workers were helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions about the study. They spent time with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything- which is a lesson that more doctor's offices could learn. Participating in a study advances medical research for new and improved vaccines or medication, plus you are compensated with a cash/gift card. I was already planning to get a flu shot, so the choice to participate in this study was an easy one. However, the staff made sure I consented to the vaccine and the health monitoring afterward, which was an online survey I filled out each week on a phone app. The office is super close to Park Circle and very central to most of the Charleston area, just off I-526. There is a large parking lot (free) and complimentary wi-fi, which was good for the vaccine appointment which took a couple of hours. I will participate in Coastal Carolina Research's future studies if they fit my needs.

Recently he's even started seeing adults so I myself go to him for check ups and when I'm sick. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He always gives us a straight answer and we feel well looked after. His cheerful and warm demeanor extends to the rest of the staff at the office because we are handled with care each time we visit by all we interact with. It's so wonderful to have someone we know and trust to look after us and Generations will always be highly recommended by me.

She has demonstrated kindness, understanding and compassion with me as her patient. I feel she is working to the best of her abilities as a doctor to give me the best care. I am so great full to have a doctor that appears to truly care and understand what I have to say. I believe that she offers sound advice and explains ways to help me manage my circumstance. I haven't often encountered that kind of treatment in my experience. Sometimes it may be necessary to call back if you aren't able to reach someone on the first try but typically you can get through and speak to someone for appointments or prescription refills by leaving a message.

My nurse, Meredith, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during one of the scariest experiences of my life. She treated me with so much kindness, compassion, and respect. With everything happening in the world today, I was deeply touched by how welcoming and supportive the staff were. There was no discrimination or judgment--just genuine care and understanding. The hospital has a very diverse and professional team, and you can tell this place is women-led. Everything is spotless, well-organized, and filled with staff who clearly love what they do--and they love babies! One thing that stood out to me is that they never separate mothers from their babies (as long as the baby is healthy). You stay together for 48 hours until discharge, which is such a comforting policy. My baby is currently in the NICU, and they even have a program that allows mothers to stay on-site after discharge to be close to their babies. When I walked into the NICU nursery and saw a nurse gently holding and bottle-feeding my baby with such care, it brought me to tears. These women are angels in scrubs. There was no trace of bias or animosity--just pure compassion. As a mother of a baby of color, that meant the world to me. I will never go to another hospital. I'm forever grateful to the incredible women here for their care, wisdom, and humanity.

I like that they are a part of it because I don't need to worry about updating my information with each individual office or location I go to- they already have it! I get all of my tests, xrays, etc done through an MUSC location. Their online portal is really helpful and easy to use. The doctors at this site are awesome- they truly care about you and will do any and everything to get to the bottom of your issue. The front office staff are all so friendly and helpful from making the appointment, to checking in/out and with any billing questions you have later on. They always get me in as soon as possible, I never have to wait to be seen. No issue is too small to be seen.

Have had a lot of failure since surgery and the g cyst has never gone away ..We had discussed prior to surgery the removal of this because of my cancer history however he did not remove it . Since the surgery have gone to post op many times and even requested one. Only to be never seen by the doctor only PA she has tried stuff for infection ..and now this last time again still not seeing the doctor. She wanted to get a mri because did not get one before surgery and some cream . For a minute I agreed but then thought about it because the amount of Tylenol to control pain is bad for me and not being able to see the doctor decided to find some new help . Wanted to update and edit since I went back and visited the summary which was a complete untruthful statement..Have had throat cancer with no voice box so I record everything for my wife to hear just easier that way and it sure doesn't match our recording nor did she not put the mri and prescription order in like we discussed they have been calling and texting After looking at reviews ran across a review not even 13 days ago of the same Dr. guess I'm not the only one recently with problems seems to be a trend
