In the stone massage, they literally only massage you with the rocks. No hands. So it wasn't really as relaxing as we had hoped. However I do not think this is a reflection on the quality of their business at all. Just a personal preference. Both massage therapists were super friendly and professional and the other staff is always so nice as well. Both my wife and I will 100% be back to try out more of their services

We both had the 60 minute "Relax" massage with scalp add on and it was one of the BEST massage experiences I've ever had! My massage therapist was Jordan. I've never had a male massage therapist before so I was pretty nervous about it. But Jordan was extremely professional and did a great job of being respectful and putting me at ease. We talked about my preferences before he got started and he did an amazing job with the exact right amount of pressure and time focusing on problem areas. He had such a calming, peaceful presence and wonderful touch as well - truly was the most relaxing experience I've ever had! All of their treatments include heated stone work which was just heavenly. And the scalp add on was definitely something I'd get again - as you'd imagine, it's a more focused massage and included some lovely aromatherapy. My DIL's massage therapist was Harmonie and she was SO happy with her experience as well. This was my DIL's first massage so she was also nervous lol. Harmonie was super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming and immediately made my DIL feel at ease. She loved it and we'll definitely be back for another girls day out. The space is small with sleek minimalist spa vibes. And while they don't have any room for saunas or baths or anything like that they do have a nice boutique area with spa products and other items like locally-made jewelry. I got some really cute earrings and some fantastic soaps and lotions which I've been loving! Booking online via their website was very easy. Prices are what you'd expect for the level of service and the quality is totally justified. Like most spas, they have a cancellation policy of 24 hour or more notice to cancel - if less than 24 hours they charge 50% of your scheduled service but that's pretty standard for most places. They're located in a small shopping center with a few parking spots out front and plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area. There are some stairs required to get up into the spa area and I didn't see any elevator options so there may be handicap access issues. Tysm to Jordan and Harmonie for making our pre-wedding girls day so special and helping us relax during all the wedding chaos! Hope to see yall again soon!

Although the massages were great , the atmosphere was not relaxing enough. Very small space including the lounges/ common room. The pool/hot tub area is a shared space with the rest of the hotel so there were tons of families and kids running around - I've been to other spas with the hot tubs and pools are private for spa guests. The women's locker room was a little dirty and unkept. I had to ask one of the girls to dump the trash because it was overflowing! Given that it's a 5 star hotel and the price, I would have expected a better space and spa experience.

Let me first start off saying that the 50 min massages were really good .. but..When we got to the appointment the woman that checked us in started off by saying the hot tub is broken... we were pretty bummed bc that was something we def wanted to utilize.. Well, the men's facilities were in pretty bad shape - their 17 spray shower was also broken and a lot of the knobs and hardware were loose or hanging (not something you expect from a 5star spa) The pool you use is for everyone in the hotel ..It was absolutely freezing when we put our feet in. The relaxation rooms were pretty cramped and it was very busy with people all around.. Definitely not the quality for the exorbitant price of almost $500 with tip for 2 massages. They need to do a serious upgrade at this hotel.

I made a couples massage reservation weeks ago. Hot tip: they do 15% off sales a few times a year so get on their email list and buy a package since they don't expire. We got their Kura massage and they were able to get us in the same room. It was so relaxing and every time we go, I always regret not getting the 90 min massage. My massage therapist Kierstie was incredible! I mentioned my neck and upper back pain and she perfectly focused on them and the surrounding muscles to loosen all the tightness. My husband had Heather and he said she was great too! The massage beds at Kura Door got a big upgrade years ago to medical beds so you can get maneuvered into positions that are more optimal to get certain muscles. Ugh! I can't love this place enough. It's peaceful from the minute you walk in. You're escorted to take your shoes off and shown the dressing room to change into your robe. The waiting area has warm water, dried fruit, cold water and teas that are DIVINE! We didn't get a facial but in past times, I generally always get one.

This cute facility is tucked in the Avenues neighborhood and while there isn't a ton of parking in the lot, it's not too difficult to find a spot on the street within a reasonable walking distance. The staff was really nice and the facility was clean and sanitized - both big wins in my book. There are also lot of different offerings to be customized to your liking and you can spend time at the steam room or quiet rooms with light snacks, water, and tea options. I loved every minute here and can't wait to go back!

This was awful. This is a long review but I need to write this so no one else unknowingly goes in…read morehere thinking it's a legitimate spa. I slept badly the night before I went in and I desperately needed a neck and shoulder massage after that and driving for 5 hours. I searched some massage locations and this one popped up with decent reviews. Unfortunately I didn't read through any of the reviews since I was driving when I searched it. I should have known this was not going to be professional from the moment I walked inside. I was greeted by a woman in a tiny clubbing dress, who was unsure of what to do with me when I asked for a deep tissue massage. She showed me to a room and that's where my concerns deepened with every second. First she sent in another woman who was dressed in a "sexy nurse costume" who took payment from me before the massage (That is not standard for massages). Then she brought a towel in and laid it on the bed and left for me to unclothe. Which brings me to another red flag which I chose to ignore because of the pain I was in. The bed. The bed was a travesty. The head of the bed where you place your face was a hole in the sheet that was STABBED out. Clearly was not a sheet made for these types of beds. There was no top sheet for me to crawl under, only the towel she left there. I had to leave all my belongings on a counter top as there was no basket for me to place my stuff in. She came in and began the "massage" and I use that term loosely. It was more of the equivalent to a child rubbing your back. The whole time I couldn't relax because I knew something was off, and she kept grabbing my butt. Not massaging it, grabbing it. There was no rhyme or reason to the "massage", going from one shoulder to my calf to my back to my hand and only on one side for the most part. When she asked me to turn over, she put a pillow under my head and didn't hold the towel so I could turn unexposed. She had no idea what she was doing and it got worse from there. She began my shoulders but quickly moved to my thighs. She kept touching me where she shouldn't but it was brief enough that it almost seemed accidental. But after the 3rd or 4th time I was about to stand up and leave but I asked her to please focus more on my shoulders. It was more child like rubbing and it had been maybe 15-20 mins altogether out of my paid 30 minutes when she announced she was done and left the room. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Lili was very professional. She gave a very firm, very relaxing massage. She took her time and made…read moresure to work out all the kinks. I'll certainly be back.
