She gave us checklists of things we needed to do. Then we met or spoke on the phone at the end of each month to find out the status of our "to do's". We seriously had no stress throughout the planning process. We sent her Pinterest pictures of what we envisioned and she made it happen. She did so much behind the scenes to make our dreams a reality. For one of our meetings, we met at a coffee shop and she had a whole mock up of our tables set up! Including the linens, plates, flowers, etc! Our wedding couldn't have gone any better. There was no stress leading up to the wedding and no stress the day of. It was magical. Throughout the whole process, Kristen was so sweet and thoughtful, making sure everything was just the way we wanted. She really treated us like we were friends. She was always available via email, text, and phone for when we had questions. All of our guests said this was the best wedding they'd ever been to. Our vendors were impressed with how smooth everything went. Many of them told us that our wedding was the most fun and stress free wedding they had ever been to. Really, Kristen will make your wedding dreams come true. This review still can't even do enough justice for how AMAZING she is!

Since my fiance and I live out of state in Arizona we really wanted someone who was there all the time, without putting that burden on my family. I asked for some recommendations from some friends and found Kristen. :) That is where our magical story begins.. Kristen is organized, always on time, the sweetest thing, and makes you feel like instant friends. I was so happy we had her because like all weddings, we had some issues come up with the venue and she was all over it, the day of.. if there were any issues I had no idea about them. She kept us on budget, was always available to chat, kept us on schedule, gave us to-do's every month, and then made sure to bother me when I didn't get them done. =) I was a bride that planning a wedding was completely overwhelming for me, Kristen made the process so smooth and easy. She walked us through every step and came along to any meeting I requested she be at. She decorated our head table, which turned out gorgeous! As well as our guestbook table, seating card table, and gift table. If your looking for someone to get along with and just enjoy the process she is your gal! For our vow renewal I will be hiring her again!

I forgot just…read moreabout everything and 1 week before the wedding I hired her and she threw together a last minute wedding website that was ADORABLE. We were low on party favors and she thought of making these adorable smores packets for our bonfire with little labels with our names in them. They were a HUGE hit and totally filled things out. She also brought me the razor AND tooth brush I forgot. When my photographer went to the wrong location she and her husband played photographer for the dressing and they took GREAT pictures. She shuffled people around, kept things on time, rounded out edge, made everything look sharp and was extremely personable, professional, and polished. Everyone LOVED them! And this is only the things I remember them doing off the top of my head. I'm probably not even aware of MANY things they did. O, like when my sister/bridesmaid would NOT stop complaining about her dress and makeup and insisting someone do her makeup, Roz even did my sisters makeup may be to be nice - probably just to get her to shut up AND IT WORKED. Between my mom and me, we had the wedding planning part covered, but when it came to the day-of, we really wanted someone who we could trust to run the show. Enter Callie. Callie is absolutely fantastic. From the moment I met her, I knew we would work extremely well together and that she was the perfect person to help bring our vision to life on the big day. Callie also offers a fantastic day-of coordination package, which includes 24/7 email correspondence (although sometimes Callie takes a while to respond or needs an extra reminder or two on deliverables), a trip to the venue leading up to the big day, rehearsal coverage, and then, of course, day-of coordination. While I was a fairly organized bride already, Callie provides a helpful Google document to make sure you're thinking of every little detail needed. Crystal, Callie's assistant, is also a gem. Between the bright and bubbly personalities to the execution of a very detailed wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better duo to help us with the big day. I highly recommend Holcomb Weddings for your day-of coordination needs!

Closer to the wedding she would get back to my questions the same night and made sure I did not forget anything. My whole family was impressed with her poise and professionalism right away at the rehearsal and throughout the wedding. Holcomb Weddings was excellent.

We…read morebooked her for day of coordination services after having a zoom meeting to get to know each other a bit and found her to be a great fit for us. We had 1 zoom meeting to discuss what we wanted and she provided a spreadsheet to help us with planning and creating our schedule. We then also had an in person meeting 1 month before the wedding to discuss the plan for the big day. Meghan had great input while being considerate of our needs. She is extremely punctual and organized and made sure to keep us on track throughout both our rehearsal and the day of. On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel. She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. She was present throughout the night whenever we needed her and made sure to direct us where we needed to go and when. I didn't have to think about the itinerary at all and was able to just sit back and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. At the end of the night we headed out and she helped pack everything up along with some of our family so we could just go enjoy our wedding night without any worries. She was very responsive with…read morecommunication right from the start, and gave us the option to have meetings in person or over zoom. Sometimes we did in person, and other times virtual! The wedding day went super smooth and everything was so well organized that we were able to start the ceremony a few minutes early. Meghan helped the whole day and night move forward smoothly and it would have been so much harder without her. She started cleaning up elements of the ceremony ahead of time so that by the time the night was coming to a close clean up was fast for our family and friends.
