Very cute and IG worhty spot. The menu items that I have tried (nachos, thai tea, brownie, lava cake) have all been good except for the lava cake - there was no melted chocolate in mine. The venue is huge and has tons of seating and a few TVs to watch the game. The servers are awesome and pretty attentitve. My only issue with this place is that it is VERY pricey compared to others in the area or even in Houston, bu the locaiton and cuteness of the place almost make up for it. I've been here about 5 times with my Fiancé and each time I get disappointed! The ambiance and aesthetics are very nice. They don't serve liquor but have a nice selection of mocktails and the food is pretty good. The hookah is cool and it's in a nice location however they need better staff. There's a Russian girl who has been our server the last 2 times and I'm amazed how she is still employed. She is never available because she is always chatting and smoking hookah. There is also an Asian girl who was our server the very last time we came and she was very flirtatious with my guy which I felt was very unprofessional. I came here for the first time today, with about 5 people. The service was awful and they for some reason were out of almost everything on the menu. When we finally found something that they actually had, the waitress came out and was acting super annoyed. (Even tho they're the ones without food?) anyway, we smoked hookah, which burnt after like 2 minutes, we asked them to change it and they charged us for a refill lol. Not complaining, but the hookah was already $19. For food we got the fruit platter which legit was yucky, all the fruit were watery and looked kinda like it was cut from before and kept in the fridge for a while. I loveddddd my experience here!! I had their 3 cheese grilled cheese and OMG so bomb! Later tried the white chocolate mocha and it was delightful! I spent like 2 hours here and the service was so good! There was a good 3-4 people to check on me and they're so friendly. They could tone it down a tadddd because it was like every 20 mins HA! Granted I was alone, so maybe they felt bad or something. But can't complain. It was very much appreciated. Now the hookah; it wasnt too bad!! I got the John but it was still a little harsh. This is a really good hookah spot for a chill night, and they have pretty good food. Chili cheese nachos are amazing and so are their hot dogs. They serve milk teas as well but it's not as good because I think they either make it with water or milk not tea. However, their slushies/smoothies are better. Their boneless wings are basically just chicken tenders with sauce but not bad. The ambiance is set with good lighting and they usually have the TV playing with sports games on and music playing in the background. Overall, a good spot to hang with friends or even bring your laptop and study. The hookah is good, just like any other lounge, they have a lot of different flavors. I also really appreciated their amazing customer service, the waiter makes sure to check up on customers multiple times and they are very nice with accommodating food preferences. They also try to seat parties at a good social distance and have an electronic menu, plus they can set you up to sit outside of you ask them to as well. This is probably Houston's best premier hookah lounge/cafe. Ambiance is great. Music is better than any other lounge and at an audible level where maintaining conversation is enjoyable. FOOD IS AMAZING. GET THE TUSCAN CHICKEN PANINI!!! SO FREAKING GOOD. Oh did I mention their hookahs are pretty damn good too. Better than mostly all of the other lounges as Muse only uses Al-Fakher & Fumari. The staff is always polite and serves pretty fast. Been going here literally everyday and I don't mind paying the extra $3 for better tasting hookah and way better environment. Owners are chill as hell. Honestly it is completely over priced and not worth the money. You could go to other spots in Houston for better hookah and food and pay way cheaper. Smoke literally is filled in the room and eyes start burning because they do not have great ventilation system at all. Best hookah experience I've had in this area by far. Their sheesha is smooth and service is wonderful. This is one of the largest and most stylish hookah bars I've ever been to. Well lit, great decor & signage and large tv's around the area. It's been a minute since I've had hookah but this was such a nice place to relax and unwind after a long day. We ended up going late night and found the place to be about partially full and service to be super attentive. They have a ton of seating (if I were to guess seating capacity might be 100+). We opted for the Hammi clay pot. Hammi is great-highly recommend for a smooth sheesha with a nice finish. We ended up ordering a few mock tails with ginger and lychee which were actually really delicious and not overly sweet which I find most mocktails are. Did not try the food but they have a full menu, excluding alcohol and it's not a BYOB either. Ended up staying past midnight before this old lady had to call it a night! Recommend ttying the hookah johns with a gravity bowl they smoke so smooth. The mocktails are pretty awesome and fits well with the mood setting of the place. New feature i found out is that they got a tapioca so definitely some new features that you won't find in your typical hookah spot. Foods are pretty good, not greasy at all and you can tell they put alot of effort into their dishes but yet opt for simplicity which is great when youre smokin hookah and looking for a good bite. This place is at good spot, good ambiance and cozy....that gives it 3 star. We went daytime to have lunch. Its halal so we were hooked to try. Tragedy was our lunch spot was closed. Anyways, we went there around 2 ish...2.15 maybe, ordered beef panini and club sandwich with mint lemonade. Now when i say our food was not served till 3 i am not even exaggerating. Came to know the lady who is supposed to put our bread together in already cooker meat was not there, we were not informed, she came infront of us like 2.35ish and we patiently waited and waited. We asked about pur food 30 mins later and was informed she is making it. They served us hummus with pita chips on house to make up for being late. Around 3 ir close to it our sandwiches came and they looked good but sadly bland and very dry. Not enough meat for a 12 to 13 bucks sandwich with bunch of oregano sprinkled. The mint lemonade was another sad story. Its a good place to have hookah as everyone else beside us were just there for that. Just skip food.
