I had my 50th birthday at Huqqa Social, and everything was very well organized and perfect. The hall is beautiful, the seating is very comfortable, and I had a beautiful karaoke screen. They also have a great dance floor. The food was yummy, especially the soup and Manchurian . All my guests especially loved the soup and sliders as appetizers. The chai was also very tasty. Special shout-out to Sadiya Musaddiq, who organized my 50th birthday so beautifully. She managed everything--from the food and desserts to planning the dance floor, karaoke, and DJ setup. She coordinated all the timings and even came early to check on the setup. Her attention to detail made the entire event smooth and stress-free. Javaid bhai was very professional and helped out a lot as well. Their manager Fozan also checked on me couple of times and helped set up the Karaoke. Recently went out to the new hot spot in Sugarland, @huqqasocial. First off, this place has a cool ambiance, indoor seating and outdoor, multiple tv's, overall a great vibe. I visited tonight with friends and ordered two hookahs and drinks. One hookah arrived late and didn't taste right. Despite multiple requests for a fix, no one helped. When Samia finally came, she complained about her long shift instead of addressing the issue. We asked to cancel, but she refused and told us to speak to the manager. Later, she brought the hookah as we were leaving and demanded payment. We waited for staff to take it, but no one came. In the end, we were forced to pay for something we didn't even use. Came here with family to try out their evening buffet. They have a nice selection of items and the flavor was good, but many of the items were cold. It would be a better experience if they could keep the food warmer. Additionally, service was a little slow clearing the plates. The food was fresh, and very delicious. As a matter of fact the food was so good on my way out I order an additional shawarma platter to go. Our waiter Ibrakhim was an absolute delight, he was extremely friendly...very engaged, and periodically would check on our table to make sure we were good, and I also seen him doing the same for other tables. When I asked him about my food he was able to explain to me what everything on my plate was. He was extremely polite the whole time I was there, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
