So my mother in law decided to wait and see if he'd come over to help us as we have never been here before. Me and her cousin just told her let's go and she followed us. She was incredibly bummed, because she had never tried hookah before. Thankfully there is another hookah establishment in the same shopping center called Cloud Hookah and Grill. One thing about me is I care about customer service. I used to be a server and I always treated others the way I'd like to be treated. I have no clue what was going on with that young man that night, but it left a bad impression. I have looked elsewhere and no other places have as cheap of the price with nice sofa like here. They refill the coals very often too. I would definitely come back every time I'm in Houston. Hookah is a bit pricey on the weekends after a certain time but overall nice, clean spot.
