She's very professional and took her time with me to explain which lashes (curl and length) ) she thought would be best based on the shape of my eyes and helped me pick my lashes. I also had my eyebrows tinted for the very first time . She explained the whole process with that as well and I must say , she did an AMAZING JOB!!! I received so many compliments on them already. I take care of my lashes (wash them periodically after the first 48 hrs), brush them when needed, and i dont pull or pick at them. By the time i reach the second - third week, they start falling off and getting big gaps. I know its normal for natural lashes to shed, but i have never had lashes last this short! My lash extensions have always lasted me 8 weeks when i get them done at other places, but never by the 2.5 week when i come here. Dont get me wrong, i still enjoy coming here knowing my lashes are going to look perfect, but i really wish they would use higher quality products to make them last much longer.

I only get gel manicures. My issue is, they charge $23 extra for chrome. I have never heard of this, not even anywhere else on the island and chrome isnt even that expensive to purchase. So honestly, that is why I stopped going, I like getting chrome often and to charge additional $23 is absolute robbery in my opinion. I decided to try a pedicure, which I was hesitant about. The chairs seem so unsanitary as they are cloth, and also stained. Basically, when it comes to sanitation idk how thats even allowed. they do not recline so it's not comfortable sitting there and the bowl your feet go into is small and your feet are not submerged or sitting in water like most nail salons. The girl I had did my pedicure completely backwards. She did my nails first with dry feet once she finished painting them (gel pedicure) then put them in the water and massaged and then I left. It was such an odd experience. Although she did a nice job. But maybe thats her style and im just used to the original way that every single nail solan does. She also had to push up my chair herself just to make it easier for her to reach me. That doesnt seem fair to her-- reclining chairs have modes to make the chair closer to the tech. Like its so strange that they dont have this.... I feel like they prioritized the aesthetic over practicality. With all the sweat, friction, and skin contact in that area, the fabric is bound to harbor bacteria. I honestly don't see how it can be properly cleaned and sanitized after every use.

They charge you to use your debit card which is illegal, they sprayed my legs with some mystery spray and when i asked what it was they couldn't answer- it looked like mold in the bottle and i called them out for it when they said it was just the design (which it wasn't) then she said it was the acetone and i said "no, that's mold" i opened the bottle. First, even if it IS acetone WHY are they spraying that on someone's feet after a pedicure.. I've been here MANY times and each time it gets worse and worse. I stood when they raised their prices, i overlooked times I've gotten cut with a manicure, I've settled with the cold water pedicures and i even paid when I asked for matte topcoat instead of shiny and they said it would be $5 extra... This is the last time this dirty place takes my money. This is gross and I'm so turned off. Worst of all, the horrible pedicure cost me close to $50 to boot...

It has been a few months, and I'm so happy to report this nail salon is still extremely clean, polite, affordable and talented. It's small, there's a separated room for waxing, three or four pedicure chairs, and four nail stations. They sanitizer all their tools in a special machine and are constantly washing tools after use and putting them in. This makes me love this salon even more, because one of my biggest worries with nail parlors are their sanitary conditions. There's three girls who work, they're all extremely sweet and the owners husband is occasionally there to do pedicures. Yes I am one of those women who is a little weirded out by a male giving me a pedicure, but he does an amazing job! I love how they do tips, they're not thick or chunky and I have always gotten compliments with the work they do on my nails. I've had a few people even believe these are my real nails. They're very real looking and thin, but remain strong and I can go more than two weeks without a fill in with no concern of tips falling off. Although everyone's nail chemistry is different, so I wouldn't recommend pushing the time limit on a fill in for everyone. They also offer a frequent costumer card, which is worth it so always get it signed when you get your mani pedis done! Love this place would definitely recommend.
