My personal favorite is the powder because of how long they last, and my nails almost never break when I have it on. However all three were done well and lasted as long as you'd expect them to. My personal favorite part of the trip is my pedicure. They have a basic pedicure, but I always end up going for one of the spa options. They have a ton of different options to fit your personal preference, but I usually go for the aromatherapy pedicure. It includes a 10 minute leg and foot massage. I tried gel polish for my pedicure for the first time today, and I can say I'm a fan. I'm hoping it'll last even longer than my usual pedicure polish. Every part of my trip is always relaxing, and has me looking forward to my excuse to pamper myself.

While doing my nails, the technician accidentally spilled clear gel polish all over my feet and didn't seem concerned about it. Throughout my manicure, she repeatedly squeezed my fingers so tightly that I told her multiple times she was hurting me, but nothing changed. The pricing was also inconsistent. I was initially told a nail design would cost $40, but after I declined, the price suddenly dropped to $10, which felt misleading. The worst part was that I was left with my hands under the UV lamp while my technician walked away to do someone else's pedicure. I was sitting there for several minutes, and the heat became so intense that I had to speak up because I couldn't keep my hands in the lamp any longer. She only returned after I complained I was going to leave. When I explained my negative experience to the man working there, he only asked about the clear gel on my feet and ignored the rest of my concerns. IT WAS CLEAR how can I show that? First, we were GIVEN basic pedicures, not an option to choose a spa pedicure and asked to select a scent like most places. But the guest next to me was given an option. The guy attempted to be very meticulous on painting my toes, but ultimately, he took forever for a barely decent job and he didn't paint all of my pinky toe nails, and I was left with most of the paraffin wax still on my shoes and feet. I had to take one of the tools and remove the excess lotipn from nail bed and under the nails to show him what he missed! They did such a bad job that they didn't charge me for my pedi. We went elsewhere for nails. They had several clientele that seemed to be regulars so it seems as they cater more towards appointments than walk-ins. Won't be back there.
