Had a ton of fun at this Paint Bar! My boyfriend and I went to Harry's Burger Bar next door for dinner beforehand (another great place) because the food at Muse is only appetizers. They have a great selection of drinks and the instructor was super fun. The music is great and everyone enjoyed singing along to some fun 90s and more current tunes. The paintings came out great as well! Even for those that do not have any artistic ability. A really really fun date night!

My girlfriend and I came here on a Friday afternoon, after having some lunch next door. We always enjoy a good wine and paint, so we figured this one would be good too. It was a great setup inside here. And a nice atmosphere too. Everything was well organized in advance, so everyone knew where to sit, and all supplies were at everyone's station. The staff were super friendly. This place offered a lot of food and drink options as well for purchasing. The instructor we had was helpful in going over the step by step guide to painting our image. We had a great time here for our session. Our paintings came out great!

First time here and it certainly lives up to the hype! For awhile I thought you had to get a drink but I only got the beautiful icecream/brownie combo pictured here! The staff is super kind! Such a fun way to spend time with friends, and if you're artsy looking to get back into painting this is perfect. It left me inspired to tweak a few things about the process that was clearly explained to us, and create something different at home. Worth your time and $!!

This was so much fun! And I want with VERY low expectations. I have never painted anything in my life except maybe my bedroom walls. When my friend invited me, I said, "Sure," because they had wine there and cheese fries and so I was more focused on that then actually producing a quality painting. The night we went to was a Paint Your Own Pet. I picked a scary Halloween pic of my cat to paint. You send the picture in ahead of time and they print it and tape it to the back of your canvas. The instructors give you step-by-step instructions on how to mix colors, draw the outline, and fill in the details. We used a light table to trace some of it and the rest we looked at the reference picture. Walking around the room, everyone's paintings looked fantastic. While I'm not about to start a career in painting, it was fun to have a night out with my friend and come home with a decent piece of art. *The rosemary cheese fries and sangria were also delicious.*

Soooo much fun!! Highly recommend! !! Great time painting with girlfriends & it was pretty fun! Drinks are crazy, overpriced. When you arrive, the cavases are out with your brushes & paint blobs & water allll ready to get started. The instruction was not complicated & pretty easy to do. Highly recommend this activity, fun night out

The end result. Not bad for a newbie!

So much fun in an awesome environment. I was amazed that I was able to make such a decent painting. The instructor was awesome (I forget his name!) and did a great job explaining how to create the picture. There is a bar with beer and wine and a small food menu if you want to snack on something. Honestly, I was too concentrated on my painting to have any time to eat, but having a couple beer was a nice touch! My husband and I were concerned all day that they would cancel due to weather (lots of snow in Providence Jan. 7th, 2017!) Luckily, they didn't cancel despite there only being about 10 people there. We were so relieved after walking 2 miles in the snow. It was so much fun but it was also extremely relaxing. A couple drinks, music, painting. They really have it all figured out. It was very laid back because there were so few people. I can see how it may get a little tight when a class is full but honestly I wouldn't mind the crowd because it'd be more upbeat with more people. I am so excited to keep coming back. I love everything about this place. A great place to be on a cold, snowy evening!

First time here and I enjoyed it, seems like everyone else did as well. My fiancé and I had no idea what we were getting into but we wanted to try something new, and we did. The location is easy to miss it's not a bright building or anything It blends in with the rest we passed it twice, just keep an eye out. Also be prepared to park on the street and pay the meters ( a downfall of being in this location ). We went on a Saturday so there wasn't any parking , so we had to park on the street and all the way down. Once we enter the place it was a little confusion because you have NO idea where to go or who to speak with so I just walked to the bar spoke with the employee and went to our table. While inside I notice all ages , children , young adults , adults , and older adults. Everyone seemed so excited. The idea of painting even for a newbie is very skeptical I didn't know how I would enjoy it but I did and so did my fiancé. They have one instructor up there showing around 30 people how to paint it's a little difficult for everyone to see what he was doing which frustrated me a little bit. He was very sweet and came around to help but I think there should be 2 instructors one helping the left side and 1 helping the right. Some of the older adults were drinking and became obnoxious so hearing the instructor became a problem. They also played music at the painting place and some of it was too grown for the children. Overall I would recommend this place just the few downfalls I mentioned but it's worth the money. Just expect there to be tons of people , or it be crowded and a little difficult to learn , but it is fun and funny to see how much people can't paint.

DO NOT BUY their paint to go packages! I feel so ripped off! A place I used to love, I will not never go back. I paid $79 for a kit of three canvases, paint, a tray and brushes. All literally stuff I could've bought at a dollar store and gotten better quality. Canvases are cheap, flimsy panels. I would not recommend anyone supporting this business and buying these. When I emailed requesting a return and procedure to send back, I was told straight up no. Shame on you muse!

    i love the colors here

The first time I came here was Sep 2019. Had a great experience, so I finally got to come back in May 2021 with a group of friends. I actually liked this experience better than the first time because of one main thing: it wasn't crowded! The first time I went, the room was PACKED with artists, workers, people in my class, people in the class next door, and every table was filled with canvasses. Not ideal for eating/drinking or for talking with friends, really. This time, the number of attendees was limited in order to maintain safe distances (coronavirus) and it was so much nicer. We were spread out, I could walk around without bumping into someone, we could hear each other, and I had a place to put my belongings & food/drinks without worrying about getting paint over everything. I hope they continue to cap the number of people allowed. The main artist [K Lou, instagram is @k_lou_lovelight] was pretty awesome. She was upbeat, friendly, and very encouraging. I loved the painting she had us make, and everyone just had a really good time. I'm hoping to come back at least once more before the end of the year

I had a fabulous time, food was food, drinks were great. They only serve wine and beer, no water so I'd suggest bringing your own. Staff was upbeat and very helpful. I'd come again.

The venue itself is spacious and handled a large crowd well. The multiple margarita stations were a great touch and added to the experience, though a few could have used a bit more ice as the day went on. There was a long line for tacos and at one point we had to wait for fresh batches, which slowed things down a bit. I also wish there were more options for those with food allergies or dietary restrictions. That said, we enjoyed connecting with a mix of new vendors and familiar faces, which made it feel like a great local event. The nachos from Casa Azul Taqueria were definitely a highlight. We also loved the photo booth, it was hysterically fun trying to switch props in three seconds. Another standout was making succulents with @sassysucculentsri, such a fun and unique addition to the event. Medici staff were friendly and kept things moving during a very busy event, which I appreciated. The music added to the energy, though it was a little loud at times. One small note, GPS brought me to the wrong entrance, but signage helped once I got close. It was a fun experience overall. A few tweaks would make it even better, but I'd absolutely check out another event here.

Thank god our venue owner suggested I get in contact with Sonya. Not only was she half the price of other day of coordinators that I contacted; she provided three times the amount of service, basically acting as my wedding planner. During the months leading up to the big day, she'd check in at least once a week via email to ask questions about the timeline, the decor, the vendors, or the seating chart, all the while maintaining an upbeat attitude and fostering excitement about the progress I was making. We met twice in person so she could go over everything with the owner of the wedding venue and our photographer. This all may sound standard, so here's where Sonya went above and beyond her contract: - Right before the wedding, she let us store a ton of items at her house, and she even moved them over to the venue for us without being asked - She provided items like coolers, photo props, vases, and flowers from her own garden free of charge - She arranged for us to buy a few items like candle holders from another bride she was working with, half price - She arrived at the venue at 8 in the morning the day of the wedding, and left shortly before midnight, bringing her husband to act as an assistant - also free of charge. She helped us decorate the tent, she hauled ice, and she picked up more alcohol when the bar ran out earlier than expected. What I mean to say is - we never could have pulled off our wedding without Sonya's tireless efforts. Thanks to her, we had the most beautiful, joyous, stress-free day of our lives. All I heard were compliments about the details of the day from guests that were impressed by Sonya's handiwork. Any bride would be extremely lucky to have Sonya in her corner. I can't recommend her services enough!

Sonya showed up with a huge smile and a massive dose of positive energy and common sense. Even before the wedding, Juliana was raving about her awesome wedding planner. I even befriended her on facebook! She rocks!
